This stuff is just ok. It is thick, syrupy, and sticky. Strong bitter flavor and I am not a fan.

I have been using this Rhodiola Rosea tincture consistently for a while now and it has been very effective. It gives me a nice boost of energy and focus without any crash. The taste is very mild and easy to take with just a little bit of water. They’re easy to consume, which I really appreciate since some herbal tinctures can be very better. It’s simple to use and feels clean and high-quality. I definitely plan to keep this tincture in my daily routine. Great value

Messy packaging yuck
The product itself is okay I guess but the packaging is awful. I cannot figure out how to use it without making a sticky mess everywhere. It leaks onto my clothes, the floor, and I always have to wipe the entire bottle and surface where I keep it with a wet rag. Not worth the waste and mess.
