Nothing to dislike. The whole unit has been thought threw by a Designer. Very functional and attractive.

This outlet came shorted, the box is very cheap and bends.

Material is ok, but it's not deep enough !

Works as an outlet, but you can't even put a regular plug in it and close the lid. What's the point of the "cable hole" if it isn't even deep enough.

We need to plug in a lamp that sits on a table between two chairs in our TV room, and also want to be able to charge our phones on that same table as well. Because of the layout of the room, the table pretty much sits in the center or the room. We've had to rely on an extension cord running to an outlet on the wall up to this point, which means the extension cord is both visible and a tripping hazard. This floor outlet seems like the perfect solution for our needs. Now we're still just waiting for an electrician to get back to us with a date to put it in. :) But the outlet is nice and heavy, the top plate is easy to open, and when ordering, there are a few different options to select from so you can choose whatever works best for your situation. I also like that the top plate appears to be flush with the rest of the unit which means it should be fairly easy to run a vacuum over. The allow steel also looks really nice in person.

Nice sturdy case seems very well made. Has a GFCI duplex outlet. Even has little areas for the cable to come out while the lid is closed. Recommended.
