Perfectly dried, not over or under
Perfectly done. Not over or under dried, they're the perfect level of chewy. I find them slightly sweeter than unsweetened cranberries and much less sweet than raisins. Just a spoonful makes a nice little snack with some cashews or they're great added to oatmeal.

Great product. The berries are clean and really tasty. Good for cooking, mixing with yogurt and just plain snacking.

Tart Me
These are good and tart, not sure about the name? is it U.S. or the word US? It's a nice size package for the price and will last me a long time. I use this in my teas which gives it a good tart favor.

Great quality barberries.
Very good barberries for my Zeresh rice dish that I make maybe once or twice per/month. I give them a little 15-20 min soak and they plump up and ready to layer into the dish to cook. Like the resealable pouch. Shipped quickly!

Anti-inflammatory addition to my daily oatmeal
These taste nice and are pretty. I add two teaspoons to my oatmeal each day and it's very economical. Barberries have amazing nutritional properties. A bag has lasted me a very long time and they have stayed fresh. Happy!

Very sour and not a good color. I threw mine away they were so awful. They even smelled awful.

Love these!
My husband's uncle is Iranian and he taught us to make Iranian Stewed Beef over Rice with Yogurt and Barberries. It's one of our family's favorite meals. SO delicious! When I'm in a pinch I'll substitute cranberries but they just don't compare to these tangy/tart barberries. We rehydrate them in a bit of water and, admittedly, A LOT of sugar, but you only put a little spoonful on top of each serving, so it's acceptable. :) These are high quality and never seem to have rocks in them (as some others we've bought do).
