deliverd promptly by Amazon the next morning, I wanted to replace my reliable , but very slow sky router. I had expected some issues connecting to the internet as there arelots of people saying you need a userid and password for sky. Connected to my sky fibre internet via on ONT , and within seconds i was up and running with fantastic wifi speed.I did have an issue , whereby the wifi connection would keep dropping intermittently . A call to NETGEAR support solved this when I did eventually speak to the support agent for this product. This was my biggest issue. The first time I called,the call was answered promptly and then passed to the support agent for this product. I was then left hanging for an hour without reply from the support agent. The second time I called I requested a call back due to the previous issue.They said it would take 2 hours. BUT they never called.The third time I explained what had happened and they said they would wait until I was put through, But that still took 30 minutes. However , once through the support agent understood the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. He told me to disable wireless smart connect and then assign different wireless channels for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies. Channel 11 and 48 respectively. Wow! Instant fix , and no issues since. I'm not sure why they dont send out routers this way as it must be a common issue. Very very happy with both speed and coverage within the house, and I would reccomend, BUT Netgear should improve their response time for support , as I was getting close to returning! 5 star for the router performance , which is what matters ultimately. I would recommend without hesitation.

This is a superb router which when connected to an existing router or router/modem will supercharge your wifi to the next level, both on speed and coverage. This can be controlled by an app on a phone and can have multiple levels of control and one of the best features is the guest wifi as you can put trusted on a seperate channel to your own for staff or even friends and family. 100% worth the money just remember you do need to keep your own supplier installed initial modem to connect to this.

Easy setup and much better range / speeds than the standard ISP router. Would recommend to switch off the smart connection and allocate devices to 2.4/5Ghz manually, then once all devices are linked switch off the WiFi of the ISP router. Other than that very little intervention required post setup.

Terrible router, doesn't hold wifi, also if power goes out router needs two or three attempts to restart

Initially due Monday. Wasn't dispatched till Sunday evening ( Delivery by Royal Mail). Monday deadline Royal Mail haven't picked it up yet. Now due Wednesday. Expect better on a high cost item. It is now Wednesday and tracking says it hasn't been picked up yet.

Bought this to replace our Freedom fibre router and the difference in wifi range and speed is amazing, Setup through the app was very easy and was all done with in 10 minutes

Wi-fi unreliable. NEED TO PAY MONTHLY/YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, even if you have your own

Working perfectly with high speed. I am very satisfied.

Hatte man das Mesh erst einmal aufgebaut erfolgte die Verwaltung aller mobilen und stationären Geräte zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Insbesondere ein smarter Türschlossantrieb mit nicht so guter Eingangsempfindlichkeit und in größerer Entfernung vom Router ist jetzt jederzeit und sicher über das Netz erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut zufrieden. Für die maximale Optimierung der Mesh-Konfuguration sind allerdings Geduld und Grundkenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration hilfreich. Ich empfehle das Gerät uneingeschränkt weiter.

En la descripción dice que es tri-band. Es mentira, cuando llega el router en la caja dice dual band… en fin engañan al consumidor. Lo he devuelto.

Der Router war schnell angeschlossen und funktioniert sehr gut, auch die Reichweite des WLAN ist sehr gut, technische Fähigkeiten werden nicht gebraucht. Was mich stört, ist das der Router "recht" langsam ist, was das starten und den Verbindungsaufbau zum Internet angeht.
