Rubies at Party City Adult Pennywise Deluxe Costume

For the money, it's a well built costume that is comfortable. At 6'1", 190 the "standard" fit a little too well. (No room for any clothing underneath) It fit, but depending on where your party will be, inside or outside, you may need a little room for some sort of sheer fitting underclothes etc just for warmth (if outside) so I sent it back for the XL. The XL is a much more comfortable fit with a little extra room. This costume is the original Pennywise costume from the 80's, just incase you're thinking about the recent "IT"movie. The mask is well built but a little cheesy. However, I guarantee it's scary to kids for what that's worth lol. I'm combining the old Pennywise clothing with the New Pennywise mask.

The mask is horrible. It is a half mask and It had a bad crease down the middle of it that you can not get out of it. Makes it basically unusable. So I bought a full latex mask that was way better quality. The costume fits small. I’m 5’9” 155lbs and the standard size was tight. When I bent over it felt like it would rip. I exchanged for an xl which fits a little big but feels more secure because it’s not going to rip when moving in it.

I knew when I ordered this that the costume would not fit my chest. I sew so I figured that I could adjust that. So as for the fit, it is definitely made for men and has no stretch to fit a woman with curves. The major problem us the mask. Now let me start by saying I was not buying the costume with the intention of using a full face mask, I prefer make-up. That being said, the mask us UNUSABLE. The way it was packaged made a giant crease down the center of the face. The material is decent, so there is no way to get rid of the crease. The wig part of the mask is not styled at all, the "hair" is just attached as long curly hair and very hard to change into the correct hair style. My end result, I ended buying a bald cap type of mask because the mask was awful and unusable. The rest of the costume is great and worth buying as long you aren't buying it dor the mask.

It's a good costume, especially for the price. However, it does not come exactly as shown and that's why I'm not rating too highly. The colors and pattern are not as they appear in the product picture. The green, especially, is a darker shade. And do you see how the small pink stripe is right against the purple (just as it looks in the movie)? Well, on this costume, there are green stripes between the pink and purple. The pom-poms are different, too. Instead, they are those craft pom-pom balls. I removed them, bought some orange yarn, and made my own pom-poms. I've customized the costume even further with ribbon, blue satin on the cuffs, and extra ruffles at the bottom of the pants. I usually wear M and I ordered an XL because the movie costume is very poofy, but this one is not as big on me as I'd hoped. As others have mentioned, the glitter on the vest easily falls off, the gloves are a strange fit, and the mask was smooshed. Also, for some reason, tags were put inside the mask which flap right in your left eye. However, I planned on doing my own makeup and not wearing the mask, anyway. It's still a fun costume, and I hope everything turns out well this Halloween!

Fit my 8 year old son pretty well, a bit long but not unwearable. The only issue we had was the mask would not straighten or flatten out after a week of having heavy things sitting on it. It was still creased from the packaging. Its a very nice costume overall, especially for the price we paid. Everyone recognized him as It immediately and when he took the mask off, he was mistaken multiple times for a young Michael Myers! So it would work for that as well.

We had our daughter try this on before Halloween and withing a half and hour it developed 2 very large rips/tears on the main body of the costume. You can see in the pictures although we had repaired one rip at that time of taking the pictures. It was not tight fitting and was on her loosely so that is not the reason for the rips. Poor craftsmanship is more likely the culprit. We repaired what we could and sent her out on Halloween where then the gloves started to disintegrate and more tears appeared in the costume. If we didn't keep repairing it i`m sure we would have had a pile of rags by nights end. The only redeeming thing about this costume was the mask which was very good looking and quality.

Just tried it on I’m 5’7 145 and the standard size fitted me comfortably , it is what it is , a costume, not a cosplay. Mask has a weird shape, hair looks wrong, it has a strong odor and arrived wrinkled With all being said daughter got terribly frightened by IT. I can’t wait to wear my costume this Halloween!

The costume shipped faster than expected, fit better than expected, and was higher quality than expected. Don't hesitate to do business with this company. Ill definitely be back. Oh, I effectively scared the crap out of my Fiance when she walked in the house today... If i had to nitpick ANYTHING at all, the vest was a tad smaller than i had hoped, but I do have a big chest. If youre reading reviews and wondering whether to pull the trigger or not, you have nothing to worry about. The costume is well worth the price.

Pour moi aucun soucis , arrivé complet et sans defauts , conforme a ce que j attendais quelques photos pour vous faire une idée car comme pour tout, ce que l on recois n est pas exactement comme sur le site! mais la je suis content!

Acquistato per una festa di fine anno e rivelatosi ancora più bello che in foto. Il costume riproduce in scala reale in pagliaccio più famoso! Taglia comoda e tessuto molto morbido. Unica nota negativa è che si è già scucito in mezzo alle gambe e la maschera è un po' rigida ma per il resto perfetto!

Das Kostüm trifft die Rolle wirklich super und ist auch gut und stabil verarbeitet. Das Jumpsuit sitzt gut und Kragen, Weste und Handschuhe bieten hier wirklich ein rundes Ergebnis. Als Grundlage für eine Pennywise-Verkleidung nach Tim Curry-Style absolut empfehlenswert! Ein paar Wermutstropfen gibt es aber doch: - Die Handschuhe sind sehr klein und schränken die Beweglichkeit der Finger etwas ein (nicht zu schlimm, aber schon merkbar) - und ich habe keine Riesenhände - Die Weste rutschte jedenfalls bei mir relativ häufig und ich musste sie recht regelmäßig wieder hochziehen. Die Maske ist halt starr - mir war schon vorher klar, dass ich sie nicht verwenden, sondern das mit einer Perücke und richtiger Clownsschminke lösen würde - das passte allerdings dann echt super, da der Kragen angenehm über den weiß angeschminkten Hals gebunden werden kann :) - wer es sich richtig geben will, dem seien dazu auch noch Pennywise-Zähne ans Herz gelegt Noch Clownsschuhe und ein paar Ballons dazu zu kaufen kann ich auch sehr empfehlen, macht das Kostüm "rund". Trotz der kleinen Wermutstropfen - das Kostüm ist seinen Preis wohl wert. Also allen viel Spaß hiermit!
