Hi,I had some bad luck with this purchase as it arrived faulty - one of the speakers didn't work, so I had to sent them back. They're almost sold out everywhere but I managed to buy a used unit locally and I must admit the sound quality is great. Bass is impactful and well separated. They are more on the analytical energetic side of music, though. Don't expect it to sound warm. It's energetic and punches hard. It's got also good soundstage and positioning. Overall a great buy if you don't mind obvious QA issues the fit is comfortable and they feel overall sturdy. They sit will on your head. It's excellent item for a very low price. They look good, too.

Not sure where the reviews about bass come from. I had to apply 2 filters to get them sounding bassy. The sound quality is very good though, after heavy eqing.

I didn't found them bright and really enjoyed them both normal and reversed soundstage mode.They do a lot right to me and are awesome for movies gaming and music for the genres I listen to.They might not be for you thou bc well that's how this hobby works. If you find them on amazon give them a chance and try em for 2 weeks or a month, in case you don't like them you can always return.4 stars bc they lack some details and technicalities compared to my Mmx300-600 ohm which are just better overall with slightly different tuning.But comparing them also in the price then Eris wins bc it comes so good with stock you won't even need modding or pad swap.Very convenient.If they were my first headphones between this and the Beyer I would have given 6 stars, but unfortunately they came out later and aren't able to fully compete.I am happy they exist thou bc they make available the bass experience to a wider user group, which make them a perfect gift.Comfort is great as the materials used for the build, awesome cable, i don't actually like the bag for transportation purposes, an actual case even sold separately would have been better for me. Also don't like the purple color but at least it's very dark so it may looks like black in some situations. Can't expect the level of customization of beyerdynamics. But I saw Zeos using stickers on his, so still decent.Make sure you properly burn them in.

I was skeptical at first because of watching/reading some reviewer gave kinda negative review on the headphone but I'm so glad that I bought the headphone. I'm using this as my daily driver now, replacing my Senneiser HD600 headphone. The headphone is very light, the pad is very comfortable, sound is clear and bass-y AF. This is also very good if you're a gamer playing FPS games and other genre. Very fun headphone.Zeos, if you ever read this.Thank you for making this headphone possible and I hope you do more collabs. I've been watching you for years and you are the reason why I got into this hobby. o7

Ich besaß in der Vergangenheit ca 20 verschiedene Kopfhörer ,welche alle für mich immer ein Problem hatten.Der Bass musste für meinen Geschmack immer per Equalizer optimiert werden.Der Eris ist der erste ,wo dies nicht nötig ist.Es scheppert und knallt ( im guten Sinne) und klingt dabei überhaupt nicht anstrengend. Für Bass Inthusiasten ,gamer, Filme Liebhaber und Musik genießer von Epischer Musik ein Muss.Ein Kopfhörer der einfach Spaß macht.Zusätzlich ist er extrem komfortabel und sieht gut aus.Klare Kaufempfehlung.

These headphones do bass better than just about anything else I've tried and I've owned many headphones in this price range (dozens). For electronic music these are absolute perfection, I wouldn't change anything on these headphones. But they're not a one trick pony. You can swap the backwards (left cup on the right side but with the right side cable) and get increased soundstage which is fantastic for movies/shows. The bass lessens just a tad but is still very much there. Honestly there's not a genre of music that doesn't sound great but if there is good bass in the song you are absolutely going to FEEL it.The build is standard Harmonicdyne which is to say a little plastic feeling but very sturdy and nicely built overall. The glass on the headband and cups feels lovely but is a fingerprint magnet. So make sure you keep a microfiber cloth nearby if smudges bother you. The pads are something else, I don't know how to describe them properly. They're the softest, most comfortable pads I've ever experienced. I find myself wearing them even when I've turned the music off because they're so comfortable that they never bother you. They don't weigh much either so that just adds to the comfort.I honestly don't know how Z did it. He has videos on how he tuned them and it's amazing how many small changes add up to such a huge difference. I've done my own headphone modding/tuning over the years (Fostex T50rp is one of my favorites) and it is extremely difficult to get this kind of tuning that doesn't sacrifice something else. These are just... perfect.If you like bass and want a fun, comfortable sound you can't do better for literally twice the price. Also I am not usually big on headphone burn-in but these absolutely need it. I'm one of the few people outside of Z that owns more than 1 Eris and I have tried a pair with 100+ hours vs a brand new out of the box pair. They absolutely sound different. Not going to bore you with the details but give them at least 40 hours of play back time before you fully judge them. They do improve a good bit over that time. It's not drastic but it is enough to notice and may make the difference on liking these vs loving these.Also look how pretty the drivers are! Seriously! Oh and I'll also point out that I have the Harmonicdyne Athena (which I do really like) and you cannot mod them to sound like the Eris. I tried, the new driver in the Eris is something special, the Athena just can't get to the same level even with the cups are tuned identically to the Eris. Maybe this will save someone else hours of attempting to do that.
