charged my laptop ok, but I worry about the safety, the charger got hot in use and the laptop vibrated and tingled to touch when the charger in use fell apart repeatedly when unplugging, wiring thin and poor quality, shoddy casing. UNSAFE - DO NOT BUY It did charge the laptop at reasonable pace but was VERY glad to replace it recently with a different and FAR SUPERIOR lavolta charger which unlike this charger does not make the laptop tingle to the touch and which does not make me fear for my safety

I ordered the first one and it worked well at first, but then it stopped working. I assumed it was a one-off issue, so I ordered a second one — but after only a few months, that one stopped working too. This has now happened twice! Terrible product – do not buy this charger!

I'm sorry I bought this... When the charger is in use, the cursor jiggles about on the screen and is impossible to use - that's because the interference protection in the unit is non-existent. That's a well-known problem with cheaper models, so I discovered. It might be just about usable if you site the laptop a distance away from the charging unit, but... The charger cable is too short - fine if you sit near a power socket, not fine otherwise. Finally, after one month's use, the connection pin broke. The charging unit itself feels flimsy but the pin broke so quickly this was never tested. So basically, an utter and complete waste of money.

This ac adaptor is worst product I ever bought from amazon. Adaptor make noise itself after approximately 30s day on average I used. As I’m not regular on my laptop it’s gone. No electric supply. Even no sound now. Such worst product should not be on Amazon. I don’t know if I can complain and return this I would look into it. As it been from 19 November 2019 I bought it from amazon. It quite simply does not work with my laptop, probably because the AC adapter is dodgy and cheap. i know all the specifications are right. their troubleshooting manual is basically just “unplug it then plug it back in again”. it works for 5 seconds then my laptop doesn’t recognise it anymore. I will be seeking a refund immediately.

Not happy I searched for my Asus laptop number and this came up as it fits built does not fit at all charger head is very small

I bought two of these over the last 4 months and the second one just stopped working. Unfortunately, they have a very poor quality.

This product broke within a few weeks of purchase. I don't recommend it. I know these things happen but there should be a facility to return faulty products after the month guarantee.

Does what it says it does. Works perfectly for my Asus F17 Gaming Laptop.

Bought it for Asus TUF f15 laptop. Used it and it almost immediately overloaded my computer. Had to have it repaired and the technician directly said it was a result of the charger. Product is not the wattage it says and very busted
