What immediately grabbed my attention about this skincare line is how soothing it is on sensitive skin. The products truly live up to their calming promise — no irritation, no flare-ups, and nothing that feels heavy or greasy. Every formula feels lightweight and sinks into the skin effortlessly, leaving a soft, matte finish rather than any sticky or oily residue. I'm 43 and my skin is not aging well (naturally dry skin so wrinkles come much faster, spent my whole childhood without sunscreen, you get the gist), so while I can't say I saw miracles or anything, I wouldn't say it's more effective than the many competitor products out there, but it is definitely better than going without any skincare at all. I didn't expect miracles and I'm leery of products that promise them. This line is clearly designed with thoughtful, skin-friendly ingredients. I have VERY sensitive skin--the wrong skincare can and does make my face red and puffy within minutes! So I appreciated the clean formulation. Everything is free from harsh fragrances, drying alcohols, and pore-clogging elements, which gave me confidence that it’s gentle yet effective. While it’s not a budget buy, the quality and noticeable results justify the price. It makes an excellent thoughtful gift or a well-deserved treat for yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I like the fact that the formulation of Pyunkang Yul Basic Line Skincare 3-piece set contains a variety of natural ingredients, safe for sensitive skin. I have used all three products, with no skin irritation, redness or breakouts to mention! I love that these have been made in Korea where many of my skincare products come from. Each product was very simple and easy to incorporate, into my a.m. and p.m. skincare routines, about 4 weeks ago, applying every day ans night. I incorporated the Essence Toner first, followed by the Moisture Serum, and finished with the Nutrition Cream. As other reviews have stated, the attention to detail, regarding the packaging, is impressive and a nice gesture by thr brand, Pyunkang Yul, for it's receiver's experience. However, for my review I will be focusing more on the skincare products themselves. ▪︎The Essence Toner came in a 6.7 Fl.oz, blue plastic squeezable bottle with a flip-top dispensing cap. The toner itself has no color or scent. I applied to my freshly cleansed face and immediately my skin felt calm, nourished and hydrated. It dries down fairly quickly with no residue or sticky feelings. Using as a toner has helped lessen the appearance of my (larger) pores, over time and brighten my complexion. The toner feels good going on whike it prepared my skin for rhe next step in my regimen. ▪︎The Moisture Serum came in a 3.4FL.OZ blue glass bottle with bulb dropper dispensing cap. Serum is milk white in color with a very creamy texture and smooth consistency. It applies effortlessly and absorbs well with great skin penetration. This serum has helped to add moisture into (not just top layer) my skin, deeply penetrating, providing better skin textures, less visible fine lines and pores. ▪︎The Nutrition Cream came in a 3.3.4FL.OZ blue glass container with a regular twist off top. Cream is white in color with a thicker consistency and super creamy texture. Glides on smoothly and evenly without using alot of product. My skin felt so relaxed, calmed, soothed and refreshed. Adds nutritional properties deep within my skin, softens, smooths, calms, hydrates and provides my skin with a natural glow. Overall, I am impressed with Pyunkang Yul Basic Line Skincare 3-piece set. Each product has been formulated using skin-friendly natural ingredients that has made an impressive impact on my skin. I do recommend it for anyone wanting to have a great basic skincare set or additional care for those of us that are more advanced in our skincare routines.
