Hi, our X6 Play works best with a sim from T-mobile network. You can also decide to have a subscription with us.

Can you use an att sim card?

For the X6, we advise to use T-mobile SIM cards, as those have turned out to work best. You can as well use our connectivity, we can offer you a subscription and that way we will best be able to help you if there is any issue with the functionality.

Dos it work on another GSM?

The X6Play works on AT&T and T-Mobile networks. We recommend our Xplora Connect SIM-card for the smoothest setup and the best user experience.

What all frequency band this watch support?

The watch supports 4G and 3G frequency bands. Please note that it does not support 5G.
