I’ve been taking Silajit for about a month and didn’t notice the strong smell or taste I’ve heard mentioned by others, so I ordered this brand and gave it a try. What a difference. First off, this brand has everything I was told to look for including the strong smell and taste. I don’t mind it too much but I do put some honey in mine to cut it just a little. I’ve been not sleeping well throughout the night for weeks, first night with this and I slept my full 8 hours (finally). I’m clear headed throughout the day with energy levels higher than normal which allows me to focus on everything I need to get done as well as prepare for the next day. I am impressed with this product and will be buying it from here on out.

Hello ,I purchased the product Shilajit Resin . It came with instructions and a it’s little scoop spoon . Today is day one of using product . I was unable to even take the pea size out of jar . Product got stuck on the spoons scooper /Could not dissolve in water and I did attempt to use another spoon to place in water cup / it won’t even mix .Can you please advise ? Are you able to eat off the little spoon with mixing product would not scrape out and mix in the cup of water

I'm so impressed by this product. I mixed it into "Traditional Medicinals" organic teas and I've only been taking it daily about 3 weeks and literally feel like my cells have been scrubbed from the inside! lololI wish I could explain better, but allow for your brains to imagine that imagery. I plan on taking this consistently until its gone and will continue to note progress and how I feel mentally and physically. So far, its Amazing!! Hard to ding legitimate Shilajit since its explosion into the market. Everest supplements product passes the three critical tests for proper Shilajit. Shipping however don’t know if it was the actual company or Amazon, one minute it’s coming the next day, then I get notified it’s delayed a month, then it goes up early
