Installation was a breeze. Pretty self explanatory. My kids love the fingerprint feature it's great that each family member can get their own passcode and fingerprint. So far it has worked like a charm. Fingerprint might be a hit and miss but the keypad works. If all else fails, I like having the key. Overall, I would recommend this product as it is much easier than having to use the keys to open the door.

I like this door knob and keypad with several options to gain entrance. The fact that it locks automatically is a huge. benefit. I was a little unsure about downloading the app from a company I had not heard of before, but the app works fine. Our finger prints do not read 100% of the time, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. When the finger print reader does work properly (we just try a couple times if it does not work the first time) or if we use the included key fob or a key code to gain entry, the green light illuminates and it beeps and unlocks immediately. I feel extra safe knowing that it locks immediately when we close the door. I wonder if we could get this re-keyed to fit our original house keys. Installation was easy and I was quite proud of myself for doing installing it on my own. It has been a challenge to find a deadbolt lock that looks nice with this so I may relocate it to a different exterior door. I love the quality - the door knob seems heavy duty, not cheap or flimsy, but is not difficult to turn. Great value and happy with my purchase!
