I've these a 5 star rating based on the quality, the finish and grip. You can tell straight away that the grip jaws are made of sturdy metal and have good quality nylon (plastic) cross sectional grip pads. Ensuring the jaws are not likely to slip in a hurry. The fact they have 1-pair for each grip area, ensures an even and positive grip of the waistband both front and rear. They have a flexible band to each fixing point to balance the load on the bands and provide user comfort. A high quality leather centralised ensures even distribution and load to each belt and feels padded so as not to annoy the wearer. In fact, when I tried these braces on my working trousers, I forgot they were there after a short period. That is a mark of build quality and thats how it shoukd feel to the bearer. Highly recommended product. If I need another pair, then this brand will be getting my return business. 5🌟 all round.

These are the best braces that I have come across for a very long. The clips that lock onto your trousers are a very good design. They have a plastic insert that is sort of cross hatched desithat grips and does not let go of your trousers. Unlike the cheaper metal clasps that slide around and also damage your trousers. Just buy these you will not regret it, trust me as I am well past belts holding up my trousers...big gut....old age comes to us all 😆

Really attractive practical braces. Very comfortable to wear. Not sure if they’re actually cowhide but I am pleased with them all the same. Rear Clasp has slipped loose once so far.

OK. So I’m using these braces to hold up some heavy, woollen, 17th C, English Civil War breeches. I’m pretty sure braces weren’t invented until much later. My point is that the braces are a good, sturdy, well designed product. Thank you.

Nice material, value for money, comfortable

These are so much better than i thought they were going to be. You see pictures and you think no, its not gonna be as good, but, you press your button and take your chances. Everyone says braces are braces, no, they certainly are not. These ones are absolutely brilliant, yes, touch on the expensive side, but, you get what you pay for and with the protection of the cow hide and they actual material i'm going to say, these will last a loooooong time. No, i did not get these free, or sampling, i actually bought them. This is a 100% honest review from a buyer.
