Hurley Mens Puffer Jacket Lightweight Packable Puffer Insulated Winter Coat

This is a great jacket and the price can’t be beat. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was a bit too small in a medium size. Much to my chagrin , they didn’t offer this item in a large. Aside from that, this is a superlative product.

Absolutely love my stylist looking puffer jacket for its effectiveness in the cold weather, the compact size, and fact that it doesn't make me feel or look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. Great Jacket!

I ordered a medium size and fits right. I have tried almost all brands and types of puffers, this is my go to and my favorite. It is light and not puffy, and warm. and looks really really good. I chose the green and black color. I am gonna ask Hurley to mame their LOGO smaller coz it stands out too much. Dont make the logo any bigger than columbia's which is the right size.. also make the logo kind of faded out instead of white. That should close the dea and make more sales. I stufied fine arts and product marketing in at Wharton, I know these thing.

What can I say it’s a cheap jacket. The stitching seems pretty good, and the zipper has lasted the last two months. It’s not very packable. The insulation is quite heavy and thick. It’s not that warm either considering how thick the insulation is. I bought this to replace a Patagonia nano puff jacket that my dog had jumped up and ripped holes in. I use the jacket to walk the dog , hike and backcountry ski. The Patagonia jacket was a much better quality light weight insulation, and very packable.. you get what you pay for. 😂 lol I would say for the average Joe, it’s not a bad jacket. You can beat it for the price. It’s not great for a really cold days unless I layer up. I’ve been just using it as a dog walking coat.

I am 5 foot 2 1/2 inches and a woman. Usually I take a women’s large or men’s medium, but only small was available in men’s. So I got that and it fits perfectly. The arms are perfectly length I like to bike so I want them a little longer and I’m happy with them same with the waist. It is just fine and fits well around my waist. The pockets are not zipped in front, but I’d rather have them the way. They are then not have them at all. The hood fits fine. Is amply sized to probably fit over my bike helmet, but I haven’t tried it yet. If not, it can fit under. It is bright enough orange to show up out on the trail or road and I like that it is slim insulation as I will use it layering. I am very happy with my purchase, especially when I saw it cost $99 and I paid much less.

I bought this during our mild (15-35F) Chicago winter for hiking and it’s perfect for this weather range, but I cannot give it high marks for 2 reasons. It’s getting soaked from outside from even light rain (just came back from 30 minutes hike and it’s half-soaked already). And second issue: if you do power walk and start sweat - it’s quickly accumulates inside (and a lot somehow in the cellphone front pocket which is real bad if you put there wallet). So while design is good and it looks fine, practicality is lacking.

Warm, light and comfortable. Very easy to pack. High quality.
