I had experienced a considerable amout of hair loss having been on prednisone steroids for a year. The texture of my hair was so thin and fuzzy, it looked like deep fried candy floss. I used this shampoo for the first time and was honestly amazed at how it transformed the texture into something that resembled hair! and it seemed to have so much more volume. The natural ingredients can also only be beneficial to follicle stimulation. I strongly recommend this product and will be sticking with it, im so pleased that i gave it a chance.

With a little hair loss due to medication, I chose the Puradoro Hair Loss Control & Healthy Roots Shampoo for its promise to strengthen hair roots and encourage natural regrowth. The essential oils include rosemary, peppermint, and tea tree, the scent of rosemary has never appealed to me and that is prominent however after conditioning and adding product to dry my hair that herby scent was completely gone. My hair did not feel like it was doing great things to my hair when I was washing it. My hair felt a little coarse but after again conditioning, adding product, and drying my hair it did feel soft and clean. My scalp particularly felt refreshed and well ... comfortable is the best word I can think of. Over the next month or two I am hoping that, with the natural approach taken by Puradoro works, I'll be about to see a small reduction in hair shedding and breakage. I feel some confidence as the absence of parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals in Puradoro's shampoo means at worst it's just a bit of an expensive shampoo that does no damage to your hair. Only time will tell but on the first few uses, I would say that Puradoro Hair Loss Control & Healthy Roots Shampoo has gotten off to an encouraging start.

Every time I've washed my hair for the last few months I've been losing handfuls. I think it might be a shedding event, or possibly due to a change in hormones as I'm a female of a certain age. As my hair is already fine using hair serums and oils just makes it lank and greasy. I really am hoping therefore, that this shampoo will help to prevent further loss and restore the growth back to what it was. I understand that this won't happen over night so I will have to wait and see. Regardless of whether or not this shampoo prevents hair loss and promotes growth, it's a beautiful product to use. Even though it's fragrance free, it has a gorgeous aroma which I think is from the lavender and rosemary essential oils in the ingredients. I use it twice per wash as recommended. The first wash removes any build up of products and the second thoroughly cleanses. My hair has never felt more squeaky clean than after using this. The bottle dispenses a small amount and that's sufficient. My hair afterwards feels naturally soft and healthier. I love the packaging which is a printed brown cardboard box which is recyclable. The aesthetics are that this is an ethical, natural product free from chemical additives. It's manufactured in Italy. It's full of ingredients which are said to benefit hair and boost growth. I've already noticed how good my hair feels after only a short time of use. This is a lovely pure shampoo and hair does not feel weighed down as it does with other products. I am more than happy to continue to use this and if it works as claimed, I will definitely buy another bottle.

I had high hopes for this hair loss control shampoo as it’s something I struggle with. However I wasn’t blown away by this. I liked the pump, it’s interesting and I haven’t seen it before. You push one side of the lid down and it opens the other side, and you turn it around and squeeze to deposit product. The opening is quite small, and the shampoo is very thick and doesn’t foam up a lot, so you need to squeeze a large amount of shampoo to wash your hair. I use at least 3-4 coin sized dollops and go section by section, as it’s the only way I clean the whole head and can use enough product. Even after one shampoo and rinse, it leaves my hair feeling very stripped. Like if you use bar soap to wash it, and it’s not smooth or nourished but feels very dry. I don’t mind the herbal fragrance and the pearly colour, but I need to use a lot of conditioner afterwards to counteract the brittle state it leaves my hair in. Not my favourite shampoo I’ve tried, but it smells and feels very natural so will hopefully improve the hair loss over time. There has been no significant difference yet.

Great concept for helping to stimulate hair growth etc. a little seems to go a long way. I followed the instructions to wash once to loosen dirt etc and then again to thoroughly cleanse. I did feel like my hair was cleansed nicely, although at the washing stage I felt my hair was a bit dried out by the shampoo. That said, as soon as I used my usual conditioner it was fine. In fact my hair did look much healthier, it felt thoroughly clean and also nice and soft. I would like to use this as part of my regime, but firstly the price is a little expensive and my biggest concern is whether this is actually animal friendly or not. There is no mention on the box or bottle of the fact that’s it’s cruelty free, but it does say dermatologically tested, which makes me question the product… Hence my star rating. If I could guarantee not tested on animals I’d happily up the rating.
