Bulk Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol, 20 kg, Classic White

I really like Monk Fruit Sweetener. It has a pleasant sweetness without the strong bitter or chemical aftertaste that some sugar substitutes can have. I use it in porridge , tea, and baking, and it works well without overpowering the flavor. I appreciate how versatile and easy to use it is when I’m trying to reduce my sugar intake. It’s a high-quality option for anyone following a low-carb or diabetic-friendly diet, and it has earned a permanent place in my kitchen.

If you're watching your sugar intake this is a great substitute. Very sweet with no after taste. Can use 1 to 1 in baking; however, I suggest using 1/2 of what the recipe calls for in real sugar as it is very sweet when used in baking recipes.

I love this monk fruit. I have tried doing a 1 to 1 replacement in cooking and feel that it's too sweet for me, but if I use it to replace 1/2 of the sugar, it works well. I do use it as a sugar replacement on my cereal and it tastes good.

This is the best sugar substitute I have used. It is so good, in fact, that my husband has started using it to make his sweet tea. This is important because a) hubby is diabetic, and b) Lakanto Monkfruit blend has a ZERO glycemic level, meaning it will NOT raise your blood sugar. That is important in weight loss and in maintaining a healthy a1c (according to hubby's doctor). I have read other comments and found that some people are criticizing Lakanto for the cost of this blend because it is purportedly mostly Erythritol. The truth is that none of us really knows how much Monkfruit and how much Erythritol there is in it because it is a proprietary blend. (People seem to be basing this claim on the 4 grams of sugar alcohols under carbs on the nutritional label, which would be the Erythritol). Monkfruit by itself is a very strong sweetener (estimated up to three-HUNDRED times the sweetness of sugar in its purest form, according to my online research - note - I am neither a doctor nor nutritionist so please do your own due diligence), so not much monkfruit is required for a lot of sweetening power. [Erythritol is a sugar alcohol. Since there are 4 carbs of "sugar alcohols" in Erythritol, this is considered by most modern carb counters to be ZERO net carbs. Sugar Alcohols do not impact your body, weight or glycemic index (GI) the same way as "regular" carbs or sugars. They are eliminated before impacting your GI. I'm just going to reiterate here - I don't care how much Erythritol there is when there is a product with very fine grains that dissolve smoothly and completely, even in cold iced tea, give major sweetening power without the cooling effect Erythritol is known for, and that personally, I don't care for, as that cooling effect reinforces the idea that this is NOT sugar. Monkfruit sweetens the closest to sugar of anything I've ever tasted. I'll be back for more!

Great substitute for sugar, giving sweetness without the calories. It mixes well in hot drinks. Only down side is that of course it doesn't really taste like sugar does. But instead of using 3 teaspoons of sugar in my tea or coffee, I'll use one teaspoon sugar and two teaspoons of the monk fruit sweetener. I get a lot less calories and still the sugar taste that way. From what I've read, it seems to also not have the dangerous chemicals several older substitutes have. I haven't used it for baking, but my brother does and he swears his cake tastes just as good as with using sugar.

I bought this initially because I started a keto diet, and have since stopped the diet but kept using the sweetener! I've been using it for over 2 years and I've got to say, my husband and I love it. We use it primarily for sweetener in tea and coffee, and legitimately CANNOT tell the difference. It's a 1/1 ratio as far as how much you use compared to sugar, and it blends well. I've even told my friends about it, and several of them now use it as well. Regarding baked goods, I use it in limited amounts. I've found that it works better in cookies than in brownies or cakes. Overall, This has become a staple in our home. I would definitely recommend it!

Compared prices per pound at several other places and this was the best deal, the 5 pound bag. Monk Fruit Sweetener is not ever cheap, but our doctor recommended it as the healthier sugar substitute for diabetics. It has no after taste, measures one to one as a sugar substitute, and not even our non-diabetic family members can tell the difference. It's a great way to enjoy sweets or sweetened coffee/tea without worrying about raising our blood sugar levels.

I hope the company doesn't stop making this one with Erythritol, because I was finding it harder to find the Erythritol one and it seemed to be pushing the monk fruit with allulose and I don't like the taste as much plus the allulose makes me nauseous. I hope they don't discontinue this. This one is great, I appreciate the savings with buying the 3 at a time. But also sometimes would like to purchase at our local store and now they only sell Allulose. Don't like that one, taste is off. I highly recommend this one.

Muy bueno. Nutriólogo me recomendó. Solo que necesito usar más que (por ejemplo Splenda )

Muy buen sabor, no como los otros sustitutos de azucar

طعم المحلي قريب من طعم السكر ولذيذ مع الشاهي انصح فيه

A great product

Thank you very much.
