Though it wasn't something they normally carried, she was able to not only find the product for me, but she also sent it to me. Every email I sent during the process was replied to within 12 hours, often less. I can't remember the last time I had such incredible customer service. The brush is super soft and I haven’t found that many bristles fall out. Our two-month-old baby barely notices that I’m using it. However, you should really buy this brush because of the bonus silicone brush. It’s AMAZING! I am trying to nip cradle cap in the bud and the little silicone brush exfoliates gently AND is very good at picking up the little flakes. It also suctions gently to a flat surface, so I can easily store it next to the nursing chair. Highly recommended!

NICE and silicone bonus brush is GREAT
I bought this instead of the very similar Netemia brush because the reviews were better. The brush is super soft and I haven’t found that many bristles fall out. Incredibly soft, perfect for newborn hair
Incredibly soft and perfect for our newborn. His hair gets a little unruly after drying from bath time or if wearing a hat for too long. It actually makes his hair look styled into place. We bought this initially because he had cradle cap and this helped gently loosen up some of the skin. His cradle cap seems to be reduced but I would imagine the coconut oil treatment helped too. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase though and for the price, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and soft
Please get a natural hair brush for your baby! My daughter had scalp issues because I was using a plastic bristle brush and I never would have known until I bought this natural one. It’s so soft and high quality for the affordable price.

Beautifully made, packaged, and functional
We love this brush! It is so soft and well made. The bristles are nice and gentle for our baby's fine hair and sensitive skin. We have had zero issues with shedding. Our son loves having his hair brushed with this brush. It was packaged nicely enough to be gifted. We actually keep it in the box it came in. We also appreciated the little silicone brush that came with and keep it in the diaper bag for hair "emergencies". It's small so it takes up almost no space and is also very soft and gentle.

So soft!
Such a soft brush. It feels like butter on the skin and can imagine what it feels like on babys little head. I like that it comes in a nice box and also includes an exfoliating pad for cradle cap i assume. So you can scrub the dead skin but also have something gentle to brush the hair afterwards as the scalp can irritate easily for babies. This does not feel cheaply made at all and fit well into my baby cart.

Perfect for babies hair
I bought one 16 months ago for my son and he loves it. When he was smaller I loved us brushing his head and now he likes to brush his “hair” ( there is not much 😁) when he sees me or his dad brushing ours. When I found out I was pregnant and this was a must. This way both children will have their own set of hairbrushes can learn proper hygienics in the bathroom. The First one we bought still it’s just as good as the first day we bought it and the second one looks just like the first one. The company seems to have held its quality between the time of the two purchases.
