Lessens symptoms of ADHD
Genuine change to my focus. It's not as good as anything that's not OTC but I gain a noticeable decrease to the number of times I move from something I need to do to waste of time as a person with ADHD. I've been using it for over a month now at my desk job and my productivity picks up for 4-6h per tablet. I tend to take one when I come in and then one midday if I feel I need another.

Have used this product for a good few months now. Although difficult to personally measure, i rather think my mental acuity and memory are improved. No side effects for me and i find v easy to swallow

Worth a try
I am not an expert on the science behind these, but read a few articles confirming some of the ingredients help with calmness and concentration. I think they actually work for me. I noticed pretty quickly a difference and I now have these on subscription and use them around 4/5 days a week.
