Yes. You can program the frequencies that you need as long as you know what they are. Use Chirp software and a laptop or PC to backup and edit your frequencies

I have enabled scan in the software and added the channels i want scanned. however, pressing the moni key does not initiate a scan. what is wrong?

I found that they scan only when set to channel 16.
