Update: This product deserves the 5 stars. I began using this in late March 2026. It is now mid-late June 2026 and I can confidently say that this is giving me the benefits of retinal without any of the side effects I normally experience. My skin is clearer, brighter, softer, and just looks very healthy. Results are subtle and gradual over time. I can confidently say that this product works and I don’t know what kind of Hoodoo they put in here to make it so gentle but has not caused a single blemish, no rosacea flares while using this, and my skin looks and feels great. I’m an Aveda grad, I know quality skin care and you absolutely don’t have to pay enormous amounts of money. OTC retinol products are mostly all within the same range of strengths (either mild or moderate). There’s simply no reason to spend $100 on a serum when you can purchase a lower cost serum that offers the same results. One note here about retinol vs retinal(this product contains retinal vs retinol: retinal is a form of retinol that is biologically closer to retinoic acid. Retinoic acid is the only form your skin can use and OTC products require your skin to do the conversion. Some of the strength is lost during this conversion process. Retinoic acid is not available as a OTC product. It requires a prescription because it is much stronger. Basically retinol needs 2 conversions in your skin to create retinoic acid. Like this: 2 steps: retinol → retinal → retinoic acid. Retinal is 11 times closer to retinoic acid than retinol. It is usually more irritating than retinol because it’s stronger. This is simply not the case with this particular product. This is gentle and works faster than retinol. This is a quality product at an extremely reasonable cost. I’ve been using it since late March and I’m still not up for a refill and already seeing results. This is a keeper for sure. Original review: I have not been using this for long so I will be updating this review after 6 months. As of right now, this is one of the ONLY retinol based products that does not trigger my rosacea. I use it with heavy moisturizers. I was previously using ROC serum stick which triggered my rosacea just using it twice a week. When paired with a good moisturizer this does not disrupt my skin barrier. This is extremely important because I’m not going to keep using anything that triggers acne like pustules on my face. I’d rather deal with wrinkles and signs of aging. I will update my review once I have either seen results or not seen results but I thought it was important to let others know that with proper skincare I am able to use this product even though I have very sensitive skin. I could not find information like this when I was considering purchasing the product. I’d also like to mention that the amount of product here is large. You could definitely use this on other areas aside from the face and not break the bank. None of this matters, of course, unless the product works. I can’t comment on that just yet but I will update my review after 3-6 months of usage.

This has been an amazing addition to my skin care routine. It seems to also help prevent acne on my sensitive, aging skin. I don't think I will go without this product! The bottle is big and lasts a long time, so the valuable is incredible! I find it much more effective for me than the prescription retinol product I was using before since this doesn't make my skin red and dry. I have definitely noticed an improvement in a more even skin tone as well as increased firmness. Love it!

The serum makes my face skin a little smooth. Its ok. I just have one week with this product. Too soon to see results.

I'm 66 years old and have some sun damage - uneven texture and some hyperpigmentation. Some large pores on my nose. I've been using this product for one month and it is making a difference. I haven't seen much improvement on my lines but my overall texture has greatly improved, the blotchiness I have on my jawline is fading, and my friends think I've just had a facial. My husband said my face looks "glowy." I use it on my face, neck and chest every night. I apply it about an hour before bedtime to insure it absorbs well. I don't keep it in the refrigerator - just keep it away from bright sunlight. I would highly recommend this product. You get a lot for your money! Worth it.

STOP THE CAR! Literally. You need to order this today. As an Amazon Vine participant, I get a LOT of skincare products to try. So much that my bathroom counter and closet are overflowing and it's worth celebrating when I actually use one up and get to throw the container out. Despite all that, I could not ignore these reviews after seeing an ad for it on Facebook. My intrigue got the best of me and I ordered it. Let me point out that I did NOT get this free through Vine. I ordered and paid for it just like you will and you will, (trust me on this). I kid you not...from the very first use I noticed a change in my skin. I've noticed it looks plumper, fuller, softer looking and the fine lines are lessening. It's NOTICEABLE! I'm just months away from turning 60. I was a serious latecomer to taking care of my skin. I've never had to. I've been blessed with zero acne my entire life and just normal skin with little wrinkles. Since Covid, where we have spent more time outdoors at home in the SW USA desert, I've noticed the wrinkles starting. Fast forward to trying this product...I've literally been using it just a few weeks. I received it on May 27th and as I write this, it's June 16th. I've been using it 2-3x a day. First thing when I wake up, I wash my face and then apply this to my face and neck (2 or 3 pumps) then after my shower I do it again along with my normal serums and moisturizers and then also sometimes at night before my face cream. My skin is glowing and youthful. I'm beyond thrilled with this product. I even had a coworker who hasn't seen me in months comment on how fantastic I looked the other day. I'm not saying this is a miracle serum, but it comes pretty damned close. One thing I'd like to point out is that some are saying the label indicates this should be refrigerated. My label makes no mention of this - I even pulled the full label off the bottle and there's nothing printed under there. *Shrugs* I popped on here to write this review and saw there's a $2.00 off promotion so I just scooped up that deal, even though I'm nowhere close to being at the end of the bottle - as others have said, this bottle is HUGE. LOVE LOVE LOVE this MEDITHERAPY retinal skin booster serum. This will be in my permanent daily routine forever.

This is a great product. I've been using for about 3 weeks. I use it day and night with my regular skin care. I will say I've have a little melasma on my cheeck and it drives me nuts. This is the only product that ive seen that has lightened it a little. It's still early so I'm hoping it will get better with time. My laugh lines though have improved (and yes I'm still laughing). My neck has also improved with that crepe disaster that was starting to happen ( 49 here). Also it does bring a decent size with a decent price. I will update with more once I keep using it longer but so far I'm happy with this purchase. My face has improved and it hasn't even been a month yet. I do recommend this product. Oh also I am very sensitive and allergic to everything. This caused no problems for me.

Using this as recommended as the first step in your routine really does give your face such a glow! My skin looks hydrated and firm. I've only added it to my skincare routine recently so I will come back and edit this review if needed , but for right now , it is definitely doing what it's supposed to. It is not greasy, it is easy to apply, it is not clogging my pores. I also have mildly sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated me at all.

Ich finde dieses Serum wirklich gelungen. Besonders interessant ist für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: 150 ml im Pumpspender machen es zu einem sehr günstigen All-over-Retinal-Serum aus Korea, das man nicht nur im Gesicht, sondern auch großzügig an Hals, Dekolleté und Körper verwenden kann. Die wichtigste Information musste ich allerdings erst recherchieren: Das Serum enthält 0,01 % Retinal (100 ppm). Schade, dass die Konzentration nicht deutlicher angegeben wird. 0,01 % klingt zunächst wenig, hat für mich aber absolut seine Berechtigung. Gerade für Retinoid-Einsteiger, empfindliche Haut sowie Hals und Dekolleté finde ich eine niedrigere Konzentration sinnvoll. Bei Retinoiden ist mehr nicht automatisch besser – entscheidend ist schließlich auch, dass die Haut das Produkt verträgt und man es regelmäßig verwenden kann. Auch die restliche Formulierung gefällt mir sehr gut. Niacinamid steht relativ weit vorne in der INCI-Liste. Eine genaue Konzentration konnte ich allerdings nicht finden und möchte deshalb keine Prozentzahl behaupten. Dazu kommen Centella asiatica und verschiedene Centella-Bestandteile, außerdem unter anderem Beta-Glucan, Panthenol, Ceramide NP, Cholesterin und Vitamin E. Das finde ich als Begleitung zu einem Retinoid sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Glycerin. Dieser hervorragende Feuchtigkeitsspender wird meiner Meinung nach völlig unterschätzt und muss sich hinter der wesentlich stärker vermarkteten Hyaluronsäure keineswegs verstecken. Die Textur ist leicht und angenehm. Gerade für fettige Haut finde ich sie sehr passend. Durch das Glycerin ist das Serum direkt nach dem Auftragen ein klein wenig klebrig, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört. Bei trockener Haut würde ich anschließend definitiv noch eine Creme verwenden, da das Serum alleine dafür nicht reichhaltig genug ist. Generell gefällt mir der Ansatz von MEDITHERAPY: Eine durchdachte Formulierung muss nicht mit möglichst hohen Wirkstoffkonzentrationen überladen sein. Gerade bei empfindlicher Haut ist weniger manchmal tatsächlich mehr. Wer bereits gut an Retinoide gewöhnt ist und eine stärkere Wirkung möchte, sollte sich eher die MEDITHERAPY Retinal Skin Booster Cream mit 0,05 % Retinal (500 ppm) und 100 ml ansehen. Für Einsteiger, empfindliche Haut oder als großzügiges Retinalprodukt für Gesicht, Hals, Dekolleté und Körper finde ich dieses Serum mit 0,01 % Retinal und 150 ml aber wirklich empfehlenswert – besonders für den Preis.

Thus far, I have found it to be very satisfactory, and it has not caused any allergic reactions or side effects, despite my daily use. It possesses an excellent and soft texture.
