As a girly with wild and unpredictable periods, consistent use of this has actually leveled me out. Now, I once went 6 months with no period and had to get a doctor-ordered restart. To date, my cycles are anywhere from 32-54 days apart and then are wildly uncomfortable. After using this stuff for almost a year, I’ve gotten to a more reasonable 29-32 day range, and I’m no longer in put-me-in-an-early-grave-and-let-me-go kinda period pain like I used to. I’m uncomfortable, but for the first time in my life, I’m like, “is this how everyone else feels during their menstrual cycle??” And you might wonder: is there anything else she’s using that could also be fixing the pain/consistency? The answer is no. No medicines. No dietary changes or restrictions. Just a little pea-sized cream 2x a day that’s saving my life.

I would not be surprised at all if someone tested this and found out it was actually dollar tree lotion. I didn't use it because I think it's not true wild yam cream. I bought some from a local store instead. I hate to leave bad reviews. So maybe they've changed the product to be better. But when I got it, it was awful.

I believe this cream truly helped balance my hormones. I have PCOS so my hormone imbalance is crazy but I seen something on social media with Barbara Walsh’s doing an interview with some girl who had PCOS and she recommended she use this. Long story short short I bought it and used a small pea amount as directed every other day it when I could remember for about a month and a half I wasn’t trying to get pregnant but after 10 years of trying with my husband and no success I found out I was pregnant about 3 months after buying this. I’m not saying if you buy this you’ll get pregnant but I will say I believe this cream really did SOMETHING! It doesn’t hurt to try. No that I’m pregnant I don’t use it anymore but plan to use it again if I feel my PCOS symptoms again after I have my little boy.

I like this cream a lot, however the directions calling for “peas size” application is ridicules. How is this amount going to help? Also the container came half empty and it looks like someone already used it.

I didn’t notice any difference, but I think that’s as much me, as the cream. It’s pleasant textured and smell.

My chiropractor suggested yam cream for the hot flashes and gluteal tendinopathy that menopause gifted me with so I bought this about 7 weeks ago. Upon researching it, it's not a 1 or 2 day fix hence the delay in review. I will be putting this on subscription. It hasn't completely alleviated the symptoms but it has helped ease them substantially!. Instead of like 3 hot flashes an hour I'm only getting a few a day! And as far as the hip pain, it's also been lessened significantly. The texture is like a regular lotion and no offensive odors. It's a small jar but the scoop they provide ensures that you use just the small amount needed and 7 weeks later I'm not even half way thru the jar and I use it twice a day consistently. I've been very pleased with this product and will definitely been ordering more.
