I received 5 bottles of the same color. Should I return all of it? or can you rectify this order for me?

All of the flakies appear a white color. You won’t see the true colors until you apply over a black or dark base color.

Are there color names for the numbers because one looks chrome or lt blue, and two others look almost the same color in the picture like aqua?

No names. The two you mention are green and teal, it just looks the same in pics.

I can use any brand of white / black gel (shellac) polish ?

Yes. I use gelish. It takes a little practice. FYI, I used a different brand over a no-wipe top coat and works great. So maybe using a non tacky top coat will work best for you. It took me a lot of trial and error.
