Great gift for my toddler who became a big brother. Size 3T fit my 2 year old pretty well after washing and drying. He's thin and fairly average to tall on height.

Small but nice
Very cute shirt and fun for baby announcements. Couple things, shirt sizes do run small. My son is 16 months and the 2Y size fit well but not for long. I’d say to size up one for an appropriate size. Also little strange that there is a period next to each word? Didn’t notice it until it arrived but I can’t stop noticing it now. Overall the quality was great, we ordered the red and it’s a pretty red color.
