Justech Adjustable Motorcycle Wind Deflector Windscreen Extension Clip On

Bril, easy to fit, 300 mile camping trip, not moved once, solved the loud wind buffeting noise. Used in a high screen on a yamaha tracer 700.

A bit on the fiddly side because the main holder is in two halves which allows inadvertent twist if not careful. But so far it grips the screen well. Suppose it's to be expected, but bumps, holes, and ruts in the road amplify screen flexion because of that lump of metal sitting on top. An idea to keep an eye on the main screen mounting bolts for crazing/cracking in that area. Spoiler fully upright and the wind is straight over the top. Buffeting much reduced - almost to naked bike feel - but strong side winds will always nag. Overall, good value for money, and it works for me.

I just wanted an extension to my windshield as the aftermarket windshield I bought was just about 6 inches shy of where I wanted it. This extension was exactly what I needed to control the buffeting I was getting at motorway speeds. I appreciated the adjust-ability as it took a few times riding to fine tune it to where I needed it, but I'm so happy to have this extension. It's not perfectly optically clear and that's the only reason for not getting that 5th star from me, but I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd recommend it to others.

Easy to fit and easy to adjust. Does an excellent job of deflecting the wind and reducing helmet buffeting. Great quality and good price.

After testing on my 2015 MT09 Tracer, the wind deflector didn’t offer any noticeable improvement. I purely went for this on a wind noise basis as the stock screen pushes the air either right under my chin into the helmet or right into the visor. It doesn't really solve the wind noise at all and it also causes too much flex in the windscreen at speed and may even be a contributing factor to high-speed wobbles. The clamp is somewhat effective, I've had the bike topped out at 145mph on the autobahn for several miles and speeding inbetween and I still have it. However it doesn't take much force to shift it on the screen. Overall, not something I’d recommend for a tracer.

Stock screen on my Himi 450 is a bit short and the aftermarket screen too tall. The Justech bridges the gap nicely with easy adjustment at at a decent price.

I've installed this on my 2016 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx standard screen. The base plate seems to be well made and strong enough to carry the wind deflector for a long time at motorway speeds. The deflector itself is very nice and clear. The mechanism that keeps it in place has a strong pull and once tightened correctly, the deflector shouldn't go anywhere. Once you position it, tightening is a little bit difficult as the gap between the mechanism and bike's screen is very tight, but still doable. Took me about 5-10 minutes to fully install and adjust it. The instructions are not the best unfortunately, but the system is easy enough to figure out so you won't have issues. Make sure to get a Loctite before you install this, as this is advised in the instructions as well. I recommend purple (222) or blue (242) threadlocker, in case you need to remove it later on. You don't want the screen to be flying off when you're at high speeds. One thing that worried me was the screws pushing against the screen via rubber inserts. They are thick enough to prevent damage to some level, but make sure to do tighten them (there are 4) gradually to avoid cracking and punching holes on your screen. If you do not tighten them enough, it will probably move about and fly off, so there's really a sweet spot between cracking / damaging your screen and losing it on the road. I don't know as of yet how corrosion resistant the metal bits are, only time will tell. All in all, I'm glad I didn't pay £160+ for a Givi AF6401 for now.

J’ai longuement hésité avec une bulle Givi à une centaine d’euros qui m’aurait fait gagner autant de centimètre que cette rehausse , au vue de la différence de prix j’ai opté pour cette achat et j’en suis ravie ! Après 600 kilomètres avec elle fait vraiment le travail ! Sur ma moto elle fait à peine assez haute donc passer 110 l’air tape sur le haut du casque , auparavant j’en prenait plein le buste et plein le casque. Niveau style je trouve que sa donne un effet un peu moderne , après c’est une histoire de goûts et de couleurs … Satisfait de mon achat je recommande !

¡Fácil instalación y ajuste! Se adapta perfectamente a mi Voge 525, que ya tiene una cúpula de 51 cm. El único inconveniente es que aumenta la vibración de la cúpula. La visibilidad se ve ligeramente afectada y la lente se distorsiona un poco, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse.

I purchased this item recently. It arrived within days. There were no instructions with the unit but installation was relatively easy. I took it for a ride and for the first time my since I bought my scooter I was able to ride with the visor open. Absolutely no wind buffing. I love this product. Yes, it is true that there is some distortion when you look through it, but if you're 6 ft tall like me, you don't look through the windshield. Not even that one. Five stars all around.

Bom produto! Vale pelo custo benefício. Ele distorce um pouco a imagem, um pouco além do parabrisa original da motocicleta (comparação).

Plexi pas très fumé... A fixer avec soin et frein filet pour être tranquille.
