Great price and does the job well
Truth be told, I am very happy with my decision to purchase this printer toner. Buying something for a printer that isn't made by the manufacturer themselves can seem to be risky sometimes due to printer restrictions set by the brand to prevent the purchase of lower priced duplicate parts, or because cheaper can be of lesser quality or ink not lasting as long. DO NOT WORRY! This toner is NOT a risky purchase. Even though it costs less than the equivalent from the manufacturer, you do not get lesser quality. As you can see from the attached pictures, the print finish is spot on even for detailed photos. There is no smudging, no fudging and no budging! The toner worked well in the printer, sits nicely within it, and so far looks as though it will last for ages.

Excellent price and quality
I had serious issues trying to sign up for the Brother EcoPro subscription service so gave up and was delighted to find this substitute. This is an excellent product for its price and the best I have found yet. It arrived the day after it was ordered and I see no difference between the original Brother toner cartridge and this in terms of quality.

Amazing value for money!
This is my first time using toners from Palmtree and I have to say they are amazing value for money. The cartridge was easy to install and the print quality is excellent. Highly recommended and I will definitely buy again.

Spot on

Faint text and larger horizontal bars when printing images
Unfortunately, this toner cartridge was unusable in my Brother printer. The text is noticeably fainter than the genuine Brother toner, and when printing images it produces multiple large horizontal bars across the page when printing images, making image output unacceptable. I removed and reinstalled the cartridge, followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, and compared it directly with the genuine Brother toner. As soon as I reinstalled the genuine cartridge, the print quality returned to normal, so the problem appears to be with this toner cartridge rather than the printer. The advertising does not match reality.
