Perfect Walker/Wheelchair
We purchased this for my MIL for a graduation event. Loved the ease of setup. It is a big item so you need good trunk space to transport. There is a storage pouch under the seat. We used the seat cushion for more comfort in the stadium. The seat was handy when walking wasn't option. Over all great purchase for the event and future travels.

Excellent durability and portability
Got this for my senior mom for a trip to Europe. Although she doesn’t typically use mobility aids, she has a rollator for extended walking on excursions so she can sit to rest. Since our trip would include extensive walking for 2 weeks we got this since it has feee rests and was advertised as all-terrain with front wheels that are larger than most other items of this type. I also saw a review where a woman used this on cobblestones without issue so I took a chance. This was excellent! It was extremely easy and quick to assemble and it was easy to transport on the plane, ship and taxis since it collapses and the foot rests for easily into the basket. I did attach address labels with our phone number to the foot rests and rollator as well as get a luggage strap to secure it when it was collapsed because it doesn’t maintain the folded position if moved. In several taxis we had to unscrew/remove the front wheels because the vehicle capacities are smaller in Europe…but most of the time we only had to lower the handles to make it fit. The only concern we had when collapsing the rollator was the brake lines. They would stick out and could get caught on things if not careful, including when raising the handles. The included Velcro helped hold it against the frame but there was slack when folding/lowering the handles. We pushed my mom frequently to save time and when the surface was uneven (which was often). The front wheels rotate but if they weren’t turned in the forward position it would be difficult to move the rollator at first. If someone would just forcefully push it, I think it could break the front wheel. This is especially true on uneven surfaces—the cobblestones at Italian sites (Colosseum, Pompeii, old streets, etc) were difficult at times to navigate. While pushing my mom if there was a larger gap, my husband and I would each have to lift up on the front wheel while he pushed the chair over the hump/divot in the pavement. This happened on thresholds on sidewalks and streets but we eventually figured out that we could cross at an angle. The foot rests were quick and simple to attach and take off. Be careful to always put them in the basket under the seat after removing them so you don’t forget them at a restaurant! Even with the foot rests in the basket there was room to store other items. Also be careful when turning the chair if the person’s heels aren’t fully on the foot rests. My mom would sometimes have her feet closer to her so the wheels would hit her when trying to turn. We eventually figured out what she was doing and she isn’t fragile but it could be jarring to others and was a nuisance at best. I think it would have been nice if the angle/length of the foot rests were adjustable, but the simplicity was a huge plus so it is just something to be aware of. On level surfaces it was extremely easy to push my mom. On cobblestones or slanted sidewalks it could be challenging and at times a workout in itself! I don’t know if a standard wheelchair would have been easier to push in these circumstances but my mom is fortunate to only need this rollator and it was far less cumbersome than a WC. We highly recommend this rollator and are extremely satisfied with its ability to easily and safely transport my mom on our big trip. Without it we wouldn’t have been able to cover so much area and see so many sites!

Great chair, but make sure the bolts are tight with regular use.
I’ve been pretty happy with this walker wheelchair. I took a trip to New York and used it to be able to do all the walking and waiting (sitting). Once when entering the subway, the front wheel just plopped off. The bolt was nowhere to be found. The only solution I could come up with was to borrow the bolt from the handgrips. The bolt for the wheel is longer, so I thought I was out of luck, but an awesome New Yorker figured out how to make it work. He had the bolt enter from the inside where it could screw in. This left the handgrip loose and free, but easier to deal with over no wheel. Maintenance at my hotel attempted to find a bolt that would work, but it was a unique size. We eventually ended up zip tying the handgrip into place. It was a good short term solution, but I’m really hoping that the company will help me with the right size of bolt. Needless to say, after this, I made sure to check the tightness of the bolts so I didn’t lose another bolt. The chair and the backrest are honestly quite comfortable. I had to take my daughter to the ER and used it to sit for the 5 hours we were there in a lot more comfort than the chairs the ER provided. The wheelchair is easy enough to push. As a walker, it is easy to push and stable. The brakes work well. It doesn’t fold flat by any means, but the New York taxi drivers worked magic getting it and our luggage in their SUVs playing a little Tetris. It is not the lightest, but not super heavy. But when my back is very flared up it is pretty difficult to get it into the car by myself. The basket has been great. I’ve even let my dachshunds rest in there wrapped in a blanket and poking their heads around the raised seat when the walks are too cold for them. It’s so nice to have the footrests. You can install them in a backwards position when using as a walker, but I called them my ankle beaters because they would swing out and attack passerbyer’s ankles. It’s best to store them in the basket. It’s a great walker/chair and I’m glad I have it. Just check your bolts to make sure they don’t loosen and break free.

Heavy
Easy to assemble, but had to work on the brakes for a while to adjust them. Not worth the money. very heavy, hard to steer on carpet.

Sturdy and practical but heavier and less maneuverable than expected.
I needed a wheeled walker that would fit easily in the back of my SUV and be useful as either a walker or a transport chair. This version is sturdy, stable, and practical, and I like having brake levers handy for the pusher-person. But it's just as heavy as a typical wheelchair because the design uses heavy plastic connectors and fittings. Mine weighs about 30 lb including the removable foot supports. It also has a larger turning radius than a typical wheelchair thanks to the rear wheel legs extending further back to help prevent a rearward tipover. So, I have to downgrade one star for weight and poorer mobility. It does appear to be sturdy, and the quick detach foot rests are a great feature. For some reason it's also easier to wrangle into the SUV than a wheelchair.
