In terms of style, I prefer a more rectangular shape (without any logical reason). I found this to an excellent item. Very simple to use and excellent video quality. As an undefeatable security device it has much potential. You set it to record continuously during absence then watch the entire uninterrupted video. In my world - advanced operatives can cause a camera to stop recording, so a continuous recording is required (with IR off for stealth). I have bought the one with LCD because it has much more options, and it's easier to set the time and date.

Purchased this as it was small and lightweight and easy to use. I had been saying to friends about getting one as I am Severely Sight Impaired (blind) and thought I would get one in case of any incidents that occur when I'm out and about as I have had someone come up to me and tell me, a blind person, to look where your (swear word) going! The fact that I can barely see where I am going seemed of no consequence to this idiot, sorry, person. Also, I have been on pelican crossings and had cars go through red lights whilst I'm on the crossing and hopefully this might show what can happen when I'm out and about. The picture quality is very good, with sound and Night vision included, plus it comes with a 64Gb SD card and can be changed to a larger 256Gb (purchased separately) card if necessary, is also excellent. I would recommend this camera to anyone as it's small, very lightweight and barely noticeable when wearing it.

I returned this camera because the quality wasn’t a great. It looked really cheap and the battery life wasn’t great either after a plenty of charge. came without the SD card. I return the item and was offered full refund by Amazon in the end. The functions on this device was also limited.

TL;DR (see bottom) So this is a first impressions review. I want to answer some questions that came to light after reading the reviews here. First tip... Read the manual! You'll learn a lot. This is cheap and cheerful. Picture is passable for basic recording when walking about. There's no image stabilisation, and night vision is basic. In response to some reviews. The video is not black and white, unless you have it in night mode. The time and date are fixable by editing the text file on the device itself. I did it through a laptop but maybe this can be done via a mobile phone (with adaptor or appropriate cable). The text file seems to update the device time itself, and reverts back to its default state every time you plug in again. The date seems to be in US style, month/day. I figured this as the laptop picks up the date of the movie file differently to the way it is processed. The Y at the end of the text file may signify something, I'm not sure. This device comes with a small card reader which can be used to plug into a PC and you can insert the card from the device into it. Or you can use the included Micro USB cable to connect the device directly to PC. No USB C here, which would just make plugging in more convenient. To operate: looking from behind (clip facing you) On the right side is a single button. And the left, 2 buttons, top and bottom. Hold the single button down a few seconds turns on the camera. You should see some blue lights on the top. A single quick press at this point will turn on a yellow light, signifying night mode is on. Again - off. Tapping the top left side button starts recording. Blue lights will blink. Tapping again stops. Holding it down a few secs will turn the light green and put it into motion detection and it will blink when it detects motion and record. Holding again turns off. The lower button is for taking a snap shot. Pressing the power + snap shot button together and holding, resets the units which may be helpful if there's an issue that can't be fixed any other way. This device is simple but that's what you pay for. I'm using it for when out and about and there's things going on whereby I feel I need to cover myself. In a nutshell. Fairly simple to use. No fancy features. Colour is not great, night vision BnW but functional. Some fisheye lens effect. Image not amazing but OK for the price. Not for action, no stabilisation/ not waterproof. Will need to plug into PC or phone to access files and adjust time/date.

Enjoyed six months of this handy little bodycam that has great functionality and versatility with really good picture quality and sound as well as night vision and motion sensitive operation. Plus the crocodile clip on the back makes it easy to attach to pockets or straps. It charges fast and the files are easy to access on your laptop to freeze frame where needed for a particular shot. I definitely recommend this robust device that's great for personal security and to be able to quickly take it off for discreteness in various situations where needed.

it works, takes video, records sound so an extra star! but they say 'usb', which might mislead. in the EU, all electronics must have usb-c connections, which are technically superior, being reversible. so thanks to the Brexit 'take back control' meme, enjoy the cast-offs that can't be sold nextdoor. from gemini: "The transition from Micro-USB to USB-C represents a massive leap in hardware capability."

This was ok at first, but 5 weeks after purchasing it suddenly stopped working. I’ve charged it up fully but it refuses to switch on. I’m a few days past the return date so I’ve no way of contacting the seller as their details have gone, but, while it worked it was good, the video was clear and sound really easy to make out. It’s light and clips onto my upper coat pocket just under the flap so it stays dry as it’s not totally waterproof. It’s small and looks ok on my jacket, the flashing lights are not that visible when in use as my pocket flap covers it. The storage card and the camera both work on my iMac and are compatible with apple software. It comes with good instructions which are easy to follow.

What a great little piece of kit, for £25! It is simple to use - switch on, press record. It records video the right way round and the right way up and sound is in sync with video (which is not always the case with some other cheapies!). I live on a hazardous, narrow, bendy road and have been hit twice by vehicles' door mirrors when walking the virtual pavement. This cam records number plates clearly so gives me some piece of mind. I've had the cam for a week, used every day. Hopefully it will continue to work flawlessly.

Ik had al eerder vandaag een recensie geschreven maar, met slechts 4 sterretjes i.p.v. 5 wat ik nu geef. De reden hiervoor is omdat ik dacht dat er een mogelijkheid ontbreekt nl. de Function Button die ik kon niet vinden. Inmiddels, heb ik ontdekt dat de power button andere mogelijkheden bevat. Dus behalve de camera aan een uit te zetten kan de power button (toets) gebruikt kan worden om nachtmodus in te schakelen. Dus overal is deze draagbaar camera uitstekend! Het neemt video op in 1080p en in mp4 formaat, maar kost minder dan één derde van de prijs van een professionele camera.

The Body Camera is good,it works well..my only concern was the Year and Date..it indicates 2017/06/(Date)..is there any solution to that,or how to fix it?
