I wanted a watch with a nice bright face so it would be easy to read and a fabric strap so wrist wouldn’t get sweaty. This one is made of titanium so it looks great and is very light. It has a ruby crystal which is scratch resistant and Japanese internals. I’m not a fan of wearing a sundial on my wrist, so the size is just right. It is a minimalist timepiece that just tells the time, no date to reset or other dials. I would definitely buy this again unless you want a watch with a large face.

Have only had the watch for a few weeks, but I haven’t had to touch the crown once. Very accurate time keeping! The watch is very lightweight and sleek, making it a perfect watch for just about any occasion. Can easily dress it up by adding a leather strap, although I would recommend replacing the strap immediately anyway, as what it comes with is very cheap feeling and looking (the only con I’ve found with the watch). One design feature that I love is the offset crown - in all my years of watch buying, I’ve never seen this done and it’s an incredible feature! No crown digging into the top of your hand when bending your wrist! An all around amazing watch for work or play, and with the price point, it’s hard to beat. Especially for a legitimate titanium case. Will be returning for more Berny watches.

Watch did not work upon opening in accordance with instructions. Seems to have maybe been returned before. Too bad—seems to have been a nice watch and face and band.

Good looking watch that feels so comfortable on the wrist because of its titanium case and bracelet. Easy to read and accurate. Love it!

Honestly I was prepared to return this if it was horrible but its actually not bad. I bought it to be a beater watch and for that purpose it checks a lot of boxes. It has sapphire with ar, decent water resistance, titanium case which I’m sure is the cheaper grade but still plenty durable and it has a known seiko quartz movement and not some Chinese junk, so I think it’s a decent value. It’s on the smaller side but still reasonably proportioned and fits my 6.5” wrist well. The case diameter is 37.5mm but if you measure the diameter from between the lugs it’s 36mm. I included a picture with it next to a 37mm snxs for comparison. The crystal is 31mm which is a decent size. The lug to lug is 42.6mm and 9mm thick. As for the design, it’s a little derivative of the Hamilton Khaki Field especially with the record groves around the numerals but the hands and triangle at 12 are more reminiscent of a Laco or IWC so it doesn’t really look like a copy a specific watch. Overall this is a decent watch for the price, just keep in mind that it’s a $60 Berny and not a $600 Hamilton so set your expectations accordingly.

This watch is quite amazing for the price. The titanium makes it light weight which is the main reason why I bought this. The watch is easy to read and laid out in a pleasing manner. This watch is continuous sweep which was a big surprise. Usually mechanical watches are continuous sweep. The band is very comfortable and not stiff like most other watches. The illumination needs bright light to activate and doesn’t seem to last very long but numbers and hands look sharp and clear. I never heard of this brand and decided to take the risk. The risk paid off. Forgot to mention sapphire crystal which I wanted because I tend to knock my wrist around. Also the watch has the hacking feature so you can synchronize it to an accurate clock. Update August 2025. I had this watch for about one year and is accurate as in day one. Runs perfect and wear it almost everyday because it is so lightweight. The band is starting to wear because it is fabric but comfortable. I did not have to change the battery of course. This brand seems good.

I have been searching for the perfect field watch and have found it. In my opinion, this is a great size watch with what feels like zero weight on the wrist due to it being made out of titanium. The sweeping second hand reminds me of an automatic movement, but with the precision of a quartz. The crown is angled to the side, which is very cool looking and modern in style, plus the clarity of the watch face with minimal to no glare stands up to even the best glare free watches out there. The band can be removed by hand with no tool required and feels well made. For what I paid for this, it’s a bargain and I am sure will get plenty of wrist time. Purchased in September 2025, reviewing April 26. Pros: Nice looking; easy-to-read digits; lightweight. Cons: despite easy-to-read digits, the hour hand is indicating well beyond where expected so making it effortless to misread the time; BIGGEST COMPLAINT: I'd always intended to replace the supplied quick-release watchband with a NATO-style one piece strap. 1) went to local watch store for expert (code: expensive) spring bar replacement. 2 weeks later, while in a casual conversation, one spring bar sprang out into the gutter. 2) I've 2x purchased sets of spring bar replacements via Amazon (different vendors). The first replacement Once again, under no watch band stress, the spring bar (in the same position) springsprangsprung. Then the second replacement.... 2 months later, the other spring sprang (chatting during a wedding reception w drink in my opposite hand, and not talking with my hands). Conclusion: This nice looking watch has been trouble. Unfortunately, I can not recommend.

Pros: 1. This watch contains an incredibly accurate Seiko VH31 mecaquartz movement with its signature 4bps seconds hand. This feature offers a beautiful (though imperfect) replication of a mechanical movement. 2. The dial looks great, the hands perfectly complement the watch's design while the inclusion of the raised indices is just... stunning. To top it all off, the crystal is sapphire! 3. Incredibly lightweight due to its marvelous Titanium case (and size). 4. Sleek (less than 10mm thick). It easily slips under a cuff. 5. Rated for 5ATM water resistance. 6. The watch strap is remarkably comfortable! 7. The lume glows in a nice bright blue hue and lasts for an adequate duration of time. 8. Arrives in a nice box strapped onto a rather charming brown pillow. Cons: 1. "Berny" might not be something you're keen to see on your watch dial, but the overall quality of the product and its affordable price will likely leave all but the most cynical of watch snobs pleased. Though it is worth mentioning that I am biased-- I can't help but feel a bit of endearment towards the name. 2. The anti-reflective coating on the crystal is quite lackluster. Summary: I feel the need to further emphasize just how astonishing I find this piece, but I'm just... flabbergasted. The fact that you can get a watch as well made as this for less than $100CAD is frankly absurd. I love it! Don't make the mistake of turning your nose up at it due to its modest size. My wrist is approximately 7.5" and the (nearly) 37mm diameter case is (in my opinion) ideal for a field watch. A gentleman's watch was generally 34-36mm until relatively recently, so ignore the naysayers and wear what you love!

Lo primero que llama la atención es el poco peso del reloj, debido a la caja y brazalete de titanio. Detrás del cristal de zafiro, un precioso dial azul marino que contrasta acertadamente con el gris del titanio. En cuanto al estilo, se parece a los relojes de aviador, con un precioso segundero rojo muy visible.
