Great cocoa
First time using this. I usually use Hershey Dark but it's not been available. This did the job well. Cupcakes and cake turned out beautifully. Very moist and the flavor is very rich. I will purchase this again!

Dutch Processed Cocoa’s the best!!
My mother was a Home Economist and Food Science professor on the college level. She always used Dutch processed cocoa at home and in the university foods lab because of its superior quality. At the time, Droste was the only brand available. Now that it is available from an American company at a better price, I have made the switch.
