I bought this to strengthen my grip for a hand, wrist, forearm that’s had multiple breaks. My grip is returning, far easier than I expected.

Great to increase hand strength

I’ve used Grip Master hand strengtheners for years and they are good . I wore out my last one and was going to reorder when I saw this package deal (4 hand strengtheners) for a cheaper price than one Grip Master so I decided to give them a try . They are just as good in my opinion and more comfortable in my hand, and you get 4 , all with varying tension ! I’m very happy I made this purchase . I’ve been playing guitar for 30 years and this is a great deal for a quality product

Good for hand exercises

I've been using these for a week now and overall I'm happy with them and they are good to have to do hand exercises while I'm working so always have them on my desk. The red "Heavy" one does give a good amount of resistance and is the most difficult on the ring and little fingers but it's just a matter of building up the strength. I have seen reviews mention they don't use the other ones because the resistance isn't high enough but that's going to vary person to person and would be useful for the non-dominant hand. At the moment I have only been using the red (Heavy) and blue (Medium) ones, I use the red one until my hand gets pretty fatigued and then move down to the blue one to finish off with and that seems to work best for me rather than going from the most resistance to nothing. These will help with grip strength but I have been mostly using these to exercise my hand for playing guitar after a number of years away from it. I have quite big hands but these still fit well in my hand well and are very comfortable to use. I think the price is good for the set of 3 of these, some manufacturers are asking more for just 1, so even if the heavy one is all you are going to use you're still actually better off buying this set, they are good quality and I haven't had issues with them squeaking or catching on other pegs when pushing them down, very happy overall.

This is a good set of finger and hand strength trainers. They fit well in hand and come in a set of different strengths. They are plastic, but sturdy and not too heavy.
