Unique Product with Health Benefits
I am always interested in trying different gluten-free flours because I love to bake but prefer to avoid gluten. I have never used Sweet Potato Flour, so when I came across the LiveKuna brand, I thought I would test it out. I love sweet potatoes for their flavor and healthy vitamins and nutrients. It took some searching to find recipes for this flour, but I eventually settled on pancakes. The flour appears with the consistency of regular wheat flour only colored a light orange. It is easy to scoop and measure and blends well with other ingredients without being lumpy. The pancakes had a pleasant sweet-potato flavor, but unfortunately I could not get them to cook all the way through. This is not a reflection on this product, however, but on the recipe. I look forward to trying this product again, perhaps with the carrot cake recipe that appears in the listing. This is not a product I see using often, but if you like sweet potatoes, it is worth a try.

Works 1 to 1 with flour
Only used once so far but seems fine. Nice alternative to flour...adds a few more nutrients to my diet.

Healthy Gluten-Free Alternative
I'm excited to add this to our Gluten-Free Flour options. It is more nutritious than other types out there and is able to be combined with other varieties to make a grand ensemble of yummy gluten-free confections. I just wish it came in a larger reusable container. Otherwise, so many tantalizing and delicious options to utilize this great flour substitute.

Mediocre Outcome and Too Much Work
I bake frequently, usually from scratch and occasionally using a mix. My family has an easy banana bread recipe. From this mix, I decided to make a loaf. Like other reviewers, I was surprised by the amount of work and additional ingredients required. However, I can see two advantages to this product: (1) It's good for those who want and need gluten-free baked goods. and (2) It provides pre-mixed dry ingredients for those who don't routinely stock flour, sugar, etc. I also like that the list of ingredients is pure -- no unwanted additives. Although I kept the loaf in the oven at the specified temperature long past 28 minutes, despite the pretty photo, the bread was still overly soft, almost mushy. I had expected the top and edges, at least, to get crispy, but it didn't happen. I put the loaf into the refrigerator overnight and that improved the firmness of the bread. However, the top had a slight sheen to it. The slices are still soft but taste decent, nothing special. I don't like this mix enough to use the remaining amount for an additional loaf or muffins. It's not worth the investment of more of my own ingredients or the calories.

Very good tasting banana mix
I made the whole bag of mix at once, which I felt was a much better idea than following the package instructions. The package instructions make 12 cupcakes or 1 medium sized loaf, so I made both. I preferred the way my loaf came out, which was also the perfect size for a small bonfire I brough it too. The mix bakes well, and has a nice consistency. I had mixed everything, and encountered no issues. You will need your own bananas for the mix, and there's many different opinions on the internet on what's better, so you do you! The only "bad" thing I had with the mix is the amount of oil it says to add... i don't think it needs as much oil as is says, but again, you do you :)

Nom Nom banana
Used this mix to make some absolutely delicious banana muffins. Didn't even realize it was gluten free until I was making it but didn't seem to make that big of a difference in flavor/taste. Incredibly easy to prepare and bake, came out very well. Highly recommend using muffin liners though. I only had enough for half of one pan and was too impatient/lazy to go buy more. Ones with the liners came out so much better than the ones without.
