What a wonderful little camera this is. Connection to the internet was easy, great picture on the phone, and lots of facilities within the app. One thing not mentioned in the paper instructions is the location of the SD card slot. It is located on the under side. Remove the two screws (which are covered by stickers) and the cover comes away revealing the card slot. They even supply a little screw driver for this! All in all a quality camera at a great price. I might buy another😀

Very easy to set up! Excellent quality footage, has a siren that’s unbelievably loud lmao it’s excellent!! I’ve literally paid 20X the amount for a previous camera and it was nowhere near as impressive! Very very happy!

I ordered one of these cameras to replace one that has developed a fault on my CCTV system, the camera was easy to set up and connect to the NVR system but unfortunately after a few hours the app displayed a message saying that there was a firmware update available. After the update the camera wouldn't reconnect with the NVR again. Fortunately after i had registered with the app i had received an email from customer service to make sure that everything was ok and to welcome me. I replied to this email and explained the issue, i received a reply from a very helpful person who resolved the problem for me and explained what had happened. All of my emails were responded to within a few hours and the problem was dealt with very quickly. Thank you Miya. The picture quality of the camera is very good and is easily as good as the more expensive ones. The camera is connected to an ANNKE NVR and is working with the ONVIF protocol. I would happily recommend this camera and company and will be buying more of these cameras in the future when I need to replace the others.

Connected worked fine after a week disconnected from the Internet wont reconnect keeps saying it cannot connect to 5G even though it was previously connected and working fine. I done a factory reset on it an it wont even let me add it to the app now as its not supported. Very disappointed with it

Its physically solid and robust, and provides a good clear picture. It is however very basic in that; You cannot easily get it to store recordings locally (like many others I am unable to work out where the micro-SD card allegedly fits). It only records 10 seconds - you have to take an annual subscription to get more It will not do continuous loop recordings The motion detection is rubbish. There is no 'detect people' option and all it does is look for changes in the picture, so every morning as the sun comes up and the lights comes under or around a door, it triggers and say theres an alert. Anything can trigger it - including cobwebs and turning down the sensitivity makes no difference. Other brands are far superior in all respects. Its a pity as its a robust, physically solid product which I have used for years but eventually got tired of being awoken every night by false triggers. Instead I went and looked through Amazon and bought a different make which is far superior for only a few quid more, takes a 64Gb memory card, does continuous looped recordings, has a 'detect person' mode and never has false triggers. The software is pretty basic and the lack of functionality is evident as there are no options to do the things that a decent modern camera should do these days. Wouldnt buy again as its simply too basic, poor in functionality and unreliable as an alarm device.
