Activated Charcoal Soap Bar - Pine Essential Oil Detox - 200g

Great soap, lovely creamy texture with oodles of bubbles . Personally I think this is good value its a lot bigger than other hand made soap portions although the postage is expensive. I bought the citronella to stop getting bitten by midges so didn't expect a great scent, however although very citronella smell out of wrapping, it left a lovely fresh scent on the skin. Left my skin feeling clean and moisturised veery pleased with this soap. Packaging was good just plain paper and string, no plastic and easy to recycle perfect for the product. Will definitely buy more some lovely fragrances to try.

I've tried a few scented soaps, various sellers, various fragrances. By far the best for both smell and duration is the Castello de Haye range. Patchouli being a personal favourite. You do pay postage, so best to pick up 3 or 4 soaps at a time.

Just gorgeous! May sound odd waxing lyrical over a bar of soap but this offering from Castello de Haye is something else. A chunky generous bar, it feels silky, has a subtle clean scent and lathers beautifully, leaving the skin feeling cleansed but not stripped of its own protective oils. I have very sensitive skin and am really choosy with products, so I am over the moon to have discovered these!!! I've tried all of their soaps, lip balms and hand balms and I would thoroughly recommend them. They make a gorgeous gift (go on, treat yourself to one or two) and on top of that you are supporting a small, local producer. They are quick to send things out, too. All in all, really lovely products and lovely people to deal with.

Soap not tested yet as bought as a gift - but that being the case, I was disappointed that the soap comes in just brown paper wrapping. Looking at the picture in the advert, I had assumed it was a kind of soft covering, so as my rating includes the wrapping, it does not look attractive enough for a gift and with the unattractive wrapping, price and delivery charge do not feel it is good value. However, I expect the soap itself is probably nice. It would have been so much nicer had it been in a more attractive presentation.

Smells great

I love these soaps. A bit expensive but last along time. Smell is nice and stays unlike some others. Lathers well and nice on skin. I have tried other soaps but keep coming back to these.

Wow! Just used the pure patchouli soap and it's divine. Been looking for an authentic patchouli smell from a soap and it is perfect. Highly recommend.

Wow ! What can I say this bar has cost me £10.00 that's with postage and yes it's worth it . My skin feels like silk , so soft and clean . I used on my hair also and it's left it so shinny and smells so good !
