Do inspect the packaging when received from Amazon - the item should be wrapped in clear plastic. Else, this might have been a returned item to Amazon. If you encounter parts missing from Amazon returns, this isn't a fault by the manufacturer and any number of things could have happened between the return process, buyer and Amazon. That aside, the monitor arm holds up well - parts are high quality, sturdy and weighted, there is no wobble, and plenty of modular configurations to support how you wish. If you are deciding between monitor arms - This pole config allows mounting monitors at a higher height (or have it flushed level with the table) as the non gas / pneumatic piece can slide up and down, compared than other arms with a fixed angle for the non gas/pneumatic which does not allow for any adjustment. It also modular and can future proof your configuration if you need another monitor in future. For thinner tables, get a reinforcement plate also from the same manufacturer as the parts are heavy. Manufacturer support is also pretty good, send them a message and they will respond quickly.

AMAZING!!! It’s so sturdy!!!!! And so easy to put together. The package came with a lovely coaster which I was pleasantly surprised by. It holds a big monitor with no problem at all, and it’s easy to move around. The value for money is amazing, I’m beyond happy with it. Easy to install and adjust, it’s so secure.

Needed an arm with extra height and long reach to hang a 34" ultrawide over my incoming 49" ultrawide. This seemed to be my only option but my suspicions were aroused as soon as I opened the box. It's a quality item but it has clearly been repacked by someone and all of the plastic bags were open, adhesive parts had already been stuck to the relevant parts and some of the supposedly included tools were missing. Not happy as this should have been brand new. I'm not going to risk 2 expensive monitors with an arm that could be faulty for all I know so it's gone back for a refund. However I've ordered another as it looks like it'll do the job, fingers crossed I get a brand new one this time. UPDATE - The replacement arm arrived yesterday and pleased to report that it was brand new, not only that but the previous one I was sent must have been an earlier version and this one didn't need extra stick on pads, the instruction manual was different. The arm itself feels suitably solid and installation is straightforward enough. I managed to get my old 34" widescreen attached on my own although it would have been easier with someone else there at times. I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to monitor arms and have visions of the whole lot collapsing and doing untold and expensive damage. However I'm pretty happy that this arm is going to do a perfect job and can recommend it based on my experience so far.

This a must, you will not be dissapointed - i stacked two 49' Ultra Wide Curved monitors (Samsung G9). I was researching for a while and come across this mount. As soon i opened the packaging it felt like that this a premium product due to its packaging and design. To be frankly honest i did not have any hopes due to the lack of options available for my monitors (until i seen this mount). I was soo wrong, this product is well built and engineered for some serious weight and with its multiple arm settings it is perfect in every other way and above all within the budget, my previous one were from Ergotron (i think thats how you spell it) they were also quality but pricey but didnt quite sit right with me in terms of the arm mechanism. The tension levels on the arms are amazing my monitors havent moved a mm - i was actually expecting the monitors to be on the desk the following morning, surprisingly everything was fine and intact. The only slight improvement which the mount could benefit from could be the cable management desgin but honestly you will not be dissapointed!! You guys at Rep Lab Consulting, could you please send me out a drink coaster please?? Sorry to be cheeky but that is also designed to high standard lol!!

Beware of far more expensive imitations. This thing is built like a tank and holds my 49" Samsung Odyssey with ease. Very easy to assemble and adjust, it comes complete with all the required tools. 2 people are recommended for mounting the monitor but I managed ok on my own. Build quality and finish are outstanding and as soon as you feel how heavy this thing is you know you are getting a top quality product. Save money and do not hesitate purchase this. Highly recommended.

I received the arm earlier than originally communicated, so that was a great first impression by the company, but quickly ruined my experience when i opened the box and realised that this is a used item for which I paid the full price. Screws all over the box outside their bags, missing instructions and the previous owner already attached a component with a screw that destroyed the threads. This is such an expensive item, the least you can do is to respect your client by sending at least a new item for when they pay the full price. Even though this mount seems to be amazing for what I need and it seems to be very solid, customer experience is extremely poor. So I decided to return it. Shame!

Great build quality, clear instructions, and incredibly stable. could not recommend more. Fits my 35 inch ultrawide (predator x35) like a charm.

Braccio per monitor. Ho un dual setup. Cambiato da un unico 49. Ora ci sono due 23 e presto li sostituirò con due 27. Tutto questo cambiare fa capire quanto siano duttili questi bracci di supporto. Ho ridotto al minimo la presenza statica di supporti sul tavolo. Unica pecca non difetto è la regolazione. Sono pensati per reggere fino a 57 pollici, quindi le molle sono molto forti. La regolazione seppur fatta molto bene con dei monitor leggeri tende ad essere meno fluida del previsto. In generale costano tanto ma sono davvero di una qualità fuori dal comune. Io ho preso un supporto a colonna più braccio e due bracci in più. Un lo per il second monitor, l’altro per il supporto laptop. Davvero felice

Very happy. Bought another after I made sure it met my expectations. Very nice product and easy to use. Could be maybe a bit more buttery smooth in terms of minor adjustments but for the price it’s amazing.

メインに52インチのウルトラワイドを設置。上部に32インチ設置でもびくともしない堅牢さでよかった。（追加アームと同時工購入必要だが） 通常の使い方では32インチは高さが足りないので設置できないが、商品説明動画にあるようにモジュラー形式の特殊な設置で可能。具体的にはメインを第一関節部のみ、上部を第二関節を2つ使って高さを上げる方法。 大体のモニターアームはモニターの加重でデスク設置部に傾きが発生することが多いけどこの商品は傾かなかったこともよい。値段的にも某HKや某純正モニターがシングル設置しかできないのに、上下、左右配置ができてコスパ半分であることからも非常に良い製品だと思う。

For the longest time I had been using the regular desk stand with my Samsung 57" Ultra-wide monitor and then I started revamping the gaming space and wanted to free up valuable desk real estate. I've previously used the Ergotron monitor arms for my monitors and they work very well, but I wasn't in the mood to spend 400+ for a monitor arm. I came across this monitor arm that got decent reviews online so I decided to give it a shot. It's perfect for my needs. It holds the 57" monitor really well. You will need to use the included VESA plate that came with the monitor to mount it correctly. The arm was very quick to build and (although not recommended) I was able to mount it without any assistance. The adjustability of the arm is decent although I don't plan on moving it around much. It has a built in cable management option which works very well at hiding the cables for a clean install. The item seems well-built and has a good weight to it to support the monitor. I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for a mount to hold a heavy duty monitor. Just make sure to follow the instructions with regards to dialing the tension. It includes the tool to do it and it's pretty straightforward to adjust.
