Very good food for tiny fry!
I have jumped into raising angelfish fry with both feet now that I have hundreds of babies free swimming in my tank. Consequently, I have read nearly everything I can about food for angelfish fry. Everyone online pretty much has said that you need to feed the fry live baby brine shrimp. I really did not want to go through the hassle of raising baby brine shrimp, so I looked on Amazon for other products that might work. I found this New Life Spectrum Fry Starter and thought I’d give it a try - and I’m glad I did. I just put a tiny bit of this powder in a small plastic container with a lid and squeeze a couple of pipettes full of tank water onto it and then mix. You can make it as thick or as thin as you want. I then suck it up with the pipette and then squeeze it into the middle of the fry. It makes a cloud which dissipates fairly quickly. The frys’ mouths are so tiny that is makes it hard to tell if they’re eating at first, but if they are still alive after a couple of days, you’ll know they are eating. I can see them actively feeding now that they have grown a bit. This makes a great first food for the tiny fry of egg-laying fish. I heartily recommend this product!

Great for fry food
It is extremely fine! It's like talcum powder consistency so even 1/16 inch egg layer fry should be able to eat it. Decently high protein content. I have Neolamp Daffodil egg layers 2 day old. It was tough to get to the babies with the filters on, I had to shut them down and put my whole arm in the tank to get it close to their spot on the bottom of the tank. When you release the pinch btw your fingers, it becomes a cloud of food, removed my had very slowly to leave the cloud behind and they liked it. You could sprinkle it on top of the water if they were in a small enough tank.

Fry Growing Food
This Fry Food is an extremely fine powder.Just right for my Corydora fry.I use a tiny eye shadow 'brush' to flick a small amount onto the water. It is so fine it would be too easy to over feed the fry and soil the water.I recommend this product.

Desperate for something to feed my tiny 3 week old fry
Very small bitesMixed with water and placed on bottom of tank for baby bottom feeders. Hoping to see some growth. Fishy smell but they seem to return to the food often

Amazed at the growth
I was unsure which product would work best with so many to choose from. I chose this based on reviews in regards to growth. I can definitely see this product working to speed growth for my fries. I got tired of losing the babies/fries because they are very tiny & barely seen.Yes, I like it & have found using a small paint brush for feedings works best. I will buy again & highly recommend. Thanks!

WORKS GREAT !!!!! READ ON HOW TO FEED !!!!!!
Like shown in picture, use a small artist brush to feed powder to fish. Simply dip small brush in powder, then hold over water and tap handle of brush with your finger and the food falls into the water in a nice pattern. DONT USE A SPOON or your water will be clumpy and cloud up. The picture I supplied shows a 10 gallon tank with close to 1,000 gouramis fry in it. The little brown spots are the fry which are a week old with no water change !!!. I feed 4-5 times a day with this stuff. Just put a light dusting on the water, you dont need to over use it.. It will just cause more work if you do...Water change once a week as needed.. If you over feed, your water will need partial changed every other day which is a pain and hard on the fry..
