Hugener 3 in 1 Starlink Mini Cable 10FT/ 3M

First review: I got this and can’t get the c part to work. The rest works fine. I even bought larger/high power batteries to make sure I had that covered but it doesn’t work. Even if I plug the c into the wall. I need it for a trip and the car charger part is okay enough for now so I didn’t try an exchange yet. But I can’t get product support that I can find to ask if I’m doing something wrong. I want to make sure it’s supposed to run the starlink from a power bank (battery) and if so, am I doing something wrong? Update: They contacted me based on the above review and worked with me to resolve the issue. The cable works great but my power bank was not 100w so it couldn’t run starlink. I ordered the recommended one and it worked. She was very patient with me and was willing to do whatever required to make it right so I highly recommend them for any product they sell.

Just got back from our trip and was excited to try out Starlink out and thought this was the product to help with that, not to mention the additional charging options it offered. The USB worked when it was first plugged in but checking on the phone about 15 min later, it was not working. The junction/ transfer "box" on the cord was extremely hot when plugged in, even without an electronic on the other end. It never worked at all for our Starlink mini. Going to return and probably just bite the bullet and buy off Starlink site.

I haven't used it yet but I bought to have options for connecting to Starlink. Appears to be well made and first into my Starlink case.

Only used the cigarette and usb c plug but both work fine the usb c is definitely temperamental on what blocks it works with and if something else is plugged into it when it first powers on. Using any of my blocks so far has to be the only thing plugged in when it boots up then you can plug other stuff in.

Worked great with my mini! Love the multiple power input options. The cable could be a bit longer or include a coupler to use the power cable that comes with the mini as an extension. That would truly make it a great product.

We plugged this into my husband's 2025 F150 and it within seconds, it blew multiple fuses in his truck. The truck in now at the dealership being repaired. I would not recommend this product.

I use this with a 100 ah LifePo4 battery to power my starlink mini and it works fine. Been using it for months now with no problem. Note that the mini needs a short cable on 12 volt systems because it needs 30 watts of power. My cigarette light plug in the jeep doesn't always keep it up with running the mini, but the battery I use works fine with this cable. Just thought I would let you know as some people don't realize that the 12 volt car system may drop to a lower voltage with lights and AC going and cause a problem with the mini. Would by again.

Purchased this about 2 months ago. Right from the start it I was having issues with getting power to the mini. I have only tried to use the mini 4 times for less than 24 hours. However, I purchased this cord because I work in the forest and need some flexibility as to how I power my device. The first time that I tried to use it in the field it wouldn't work with either the 12v or USB C. I did some reading and determined that it may be that neither of these are putting out enough voltage to power the mini. So, I purchased a power booster that plugs in after receiving power from this cord and directly into the mini. Yesterday I tried it for the 4th time and it powered the unit for about 2 minutes via the 12v plug. Frustrated, I brought it home and first inspected the wire to ensure that there was no damage, then I bench tested the unit. While plugged into the 12v plug, it would only generate 2v. I did check the fuse which was good. It carried the appropriate power while connected via 110v. It would not also function properly via USB C in the vehicle. On my bench it did work appropriately with both a lower voltage 8v and 9v with booster and also worked appropriately with a 20v input. I just noticed that it only had a 30 day return. I could have just received a bad plug, but it created a fair amount of frustration, particularly while on a Fire incident where I needed connectivity. It appears that the reviews are mixed and I just wanted to share my experience.
