Excellent product. Simple set up and works great. Customer service is outstanding. Speaker stopped turning on after a year. I emailed the customer support team and had a new speaker delivered in 3 days at no cost. The 3 year warranty is a great bonus.

Updated 12-06-2023TONGVEO reached out and provided a free replacement and upgrade to their version 1.1 of the Magi Call Speakerphone. GREAT improvement. First and foremost, corrected the intermittent Bluetooth connection to my laptop. Second, sound quality and mic response was also improved. Regarding sound quality, it is now a good BT music speaker, with nice balanced sound and decent low end for the size. Microphone sound quality is improved as well, with same excellent combination of near and far field capabilities as the original, meaning use in a sizable room is possible, as well as next to you on a desk or table. Still gets darn loud if needed as well. With the updated version, is the best of the BT speakerphones I've tested in this year.More extensive use will tell the tale, but in this initial testing, much improved. Original ReviewI was looking for a combo speaker/mic setup that would work in a sizable classroom. Needed to be loud enough for students to hear guest speakers on Zoom, and have good voice pickup from up to 15 feet away for Q&A. Tested other options from Anker, Nexigo, and this model from Tongveo was the only one to meet the loudness and far voice pickup requirements. HOWEVER, the BT connection to my (very recent) laptop would constantly disconnect, then reconnect, disrupting the sessions. Returned, and bought the second generation model from Tongveo. So far, so good, though still early. Reco: invest in the newer unit.

It completely cuts out background Sounds. my clients can no longer hear my loud clicking keyboard as profoundly As before I upgraded.The build quality is solid. it’s in nearly constant use; at least 15 hours a day over the past 3 months and it still works as good as new!I love how versatile it is. I can plug it in to my computer and route my sounds to it as a USB speaker, it can operate completely wirelessly and I can also control my phone with it too. I can answer or hang up calls, raise and lower the volume as well.the battery life is awesome. I can get away with charging it every other day.Overall I’m extremely happy with this purchase.it came beautifully boxed as well. Totally worth the price. highly recommend it!

We got this in Feb of this year. Sound was great, and can get very loud if you need it to. No issues connecting. Everything was fine, but today it won't turn on. We used this thing about 1-2 times a month. Kinda sucks it just crapped out like that.
