... to get the cuts right but it was all good after I figured it out
It took me a minute to get the cuts right but it was all good after I figured it out. You have to line up the paper with the lines on the machine the way that you want it to cut. You have to place the paper just right and adjust the tabs to fit the page otherwise the paper will move while you crank and the cut will be crooked.

Works great!
Works great! Makes precise cuts and really nice cards. You just need to have a little attention to detail when cutting. This will help you out: you are probably wondering what paper to use... 12pt gloss 80lb cover makes great premium cards. You can print on both sides. Office Max sells it by the sheet or buy a ream online.

Works for me
I would give this 5 stara if the first cut woul actually work. The second cut that splits the cards into 5 works perfectly tho.

Great little machine
Great machine, easy to use. Only complaint is that the out-feed tray has little projections to catch the finished cards as they fall out, I'd be happier if the cards were free to slide out on the desk... quicker and easier to pick them up. A major gripe is why doesn't the seller link or embed an instructional video????? Search youtube for 'cardmate manual business card cutter' and you'll find lots of help.60 cards in 60 seconds - not likely, quick & EZ -- definitely!.

I love it, but wish it had self sharpening blades
I love it, but wish it had self sharpening blades. I use it a lot but need to order one every year it seems. The price should be lower than $80 range. The price should be around $30. But its good for only one paper at a time.

Perfect for me and my small Etsy business
Perfect for me and my small Etsy business! I use it to cut out coupons, business cards and other handouts. I was hoping the inside blades would be adjustable to make different sized cards, but I like this just fine. Fast and easy, and saves me so much money.

Four Stars
It works well... I hope it lasts longer than the one I had previously.

Not recommended to use for a business
It's made with cheap material. Hard if not imposible to cut edge to edge business cards. Not recommended to use for a business. But if you want to cut white background with black letters. It's ok
