Good tasting & Good for you - Lots of Protein too
These are yummy! They are the perfect size, they will fill you up and the protein is just an added bonus. If you like sweet & salty - these are for you. The price is more than what you pay for a traditional candy bar, but it is healthier. Ever hear people say “ If it’s good for you, then it doesn’t taste good” This is one of those exceptions. You will enjoy these.

I have health issues, so I like to stock up on healthier snacks when I’m not up to prepping something for me to eat. These are delicious, healthy, and very satisfying. One bar will almost always do the trick. I find the price fairly reasonable for the healthy bars.

Good for Ketodiets
My son & husband both enjoy these low sugar bars. Not a reflection on their quality and nutrition, however my husband experiences GI upset from them so he has cut his intake in half. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is that they were shipped in a bag resulting in many of the boxes being split open and the bars being flung around. It would be better if they were shipped in a box. I would buy them again.

Not the best tasting protein bar
These are okay if you need a low carb protein bar but they kind of have no taste. It’s hard to explain. They don’t have much flavor at all. And I don’t like how it’s advertised as a peanut caramel bar and it contains cocoa powder. I avoid cocoa powder due to how it affects me and I somehow didn’t realize it contained cocoa until I read the ingredients list the second time. At first glance I had no reason to assume they contained cocoa. It didn’t harm me or anything but based on the fact that they don’t taste that good anyway I probably won’t risk it and will give them away.

My favorite pre-workout protein bars
These are my go-to pre-workout protein bars. Better tasting than most 20g protein bars and they fit well into my diet. Kind of expensive, but worth it for me.

Excellent brand, and snack.
Tasty! I have a small snack with my morning coffee, and am trying out various products for variety. This KIND Sweet/Salty/Caramel/Peanut is very good. It's a bit chewy with some crunch. It has a full list of healthy ingredients and features that help to start the day. Also, great for anytime during the day.
