I’m honestly so impressed with this walking pad! It’s super sleek, quiet, and perfect for my daily routine. I’ve been using it while working from home and it makes staying active so much easier. The incline feature is a game changer — you can really feel the difference and get a better workout without needing a bulky treadmill. It’s also very sturdy and feels high quality, not flimsy at all. Setup was quick, and I love the LED display and Bluetooth speaker — nice little bonus. It also fits perfectly under my desk and doesn’t take up much space. If you’re looking for a compact treadmill for walking or light workouts, this is definitely worth it. Great value for the price!

I work a lot of in front of a computer and my friend recommend this walking pad to me. I really love the concept of using it under my working desk. But decided to use it in my bedroom first to see how it goes. It is very easy to set up, and it works great. I love how it can incline so give me the angle I want. The speed is nice, and it is very portable. It is actually smaller than I thought, but it works very well, and it is very space-saving. I walk about 30 mins each day, and it is a nice work out. I put it in front of my window, so I can enjoy the view while walking. Very good buy!

Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

I’m very happy with this walking pad treadmill! It’s very compact and easy to store, which is perfect for my home. I can slide it under the bed when not in use. The machine runs very quiet.So I can walk while watch TV or even when my kids are sleeping. The speed is great for daily walking and light jogging. Setup was super easy ready to use right out of the box. The quality feels solid for the price, and it’s definitely worth it. Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay active at home without taking up too much space. Highly recommend!

What can I say that's not already obvious? It's a treadmill, you walk on it, and it can be adjusted for speed and incline. The treadmill itself has held up well so far, no issues and it's been rock solid while in use. The display is readable at a glance down, and the belt is a bit wider than some other comparable models. Light enough to be easily moved and set up, it lives behind my desk when not in use and is sturdy propped up against the wall. Major credit to the Trailviber support, they reached out after purchase to make sure everything arrived and was in good working order.

I have had this for a few weeks and I love how easy it is for me to get my steps in! I use this when I work from home, or while my kids are napping. It is so compact and easy to just slide around my home. I also love that it has a remote and I can connect to the bluetooth. The incline feature is great as well, because I can easily add resitance to my workout! Overall I'd really recommend this!

Sturdy base and nice incline for a walking pad. Fairly easy to move, but heavy at base with the wheels. Only issue and it's almost a dealbreaker is the location and length of the power cord. It is in an awkward spot which makes it really hard to find a place to set it up if you do not have multiple outlet options. The cord is short and tricky to adjust alongside the walking pad. I love the sturdiness and 12% incline option. I think the size will be a personal opinion. Short legs so no issues, but one with longer legs may feel a bit unsafe with the length and nothing to hold on to. So far, the unit is nice and quiet and easy to use. There is a random button by the power switch that either doesn't work or has no purpose. The Trail Viber Walking Pad is more expensive price point than other options I was considering, but after reading the reviews and receiving it I would say it is a decent value for the money. Hopefully the extra cost will translate to a long-lasting quality unit.

The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
