So far, so good. UPDATE
I've only had my monitor for several days. I had 2 other monitors, prior to buying this one. Alienware ( not really for console gaming. But was an amazing monitor). The other was 31.5 in MSI monitor. Was nice but I prefer ultrawide curve. I got this monitor & I'm liking it so far. Nice monitor for a reasonable price. UPDATE Mar. 26th.... I initially loved this monitor. Then I tried to change from HDMI 1, to HDMI 2. Ar that point I had issues. The monitor kept going into power save mode. I unplugged everything. Left everything unplugged for almost an hour. That didn't help. Unfortunately nothing I did fixed the issue. Therefore, I had to return the monitor & get a different brand. Maybe I just received a faulty monitor. But I didn't want to chance it & buy the same monitor.

KTC is a waste
When it works, picture is excellent! But in the last couple of weeks it turns itself off. This morning it’s dead. Will not power on. Remote has been a problem since the start. Push push. Wait wait. Unplug wait plug again. Nope. Don’t waste your $$.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Specs are great, but don't expect anything past the numbers. I purchased (3) of the 42" OLED monitors in "Black" for a sim racing system I have. After weeks of research I decided to go with the KTC based on specs to value. HUGE Mistake!!! To no fault of KTC or Amazon I missed the Black Friday sale for personal reasons but ended up buying the very next morning only 4 hours after the sale ended. The price as expected went up but KTC had a $200 "Coupon" attached to make them after Black Friday, making them the same price as the "Black Friday Sale" price. Turns out this is the price 95% of the time as I have learned, so it is not much of a discount if that's what you pay all the time. Sorry, I am digressing. My problems starts now...I needed (3) monitors and the coupon was only good for one at a time apparently. Soooo I bought one, had my wife buy one on her own account at the coupon price, and I paid full price for the 3rd one for $200 more. I contaced Amazon customer service and they were great. They we the only ones that can reach out to KTC as I was told, so it was in their hands to ask for the 3rd monitor to be discounted as well. I did not think that would be an issue being just 4 hours earlier they were at that price with no purchase limits. Not only did I NOT hear back from them EVER, but I received the monitors in the mean time while still waiting for a responce on the $200 discount. $2,546 woth of monitors purchased, I would think $200 is a small ask. Here we are 2 weeks later and NOT A WORD from KTC. Issue number two. ALL (3) monitors showed up in "white" and NOT "Black" as I ordered. Devistated after opening the first box and seeing this error, I went back to my oders to verified I had not made the mistake when ordering them. Nope, it wasn't me, but KTC just not paying attention and shipping the wrong color monitors. Errors happen, but this really makes no sense. The two I ordered came in white. You would think the one my wife ordered from a separate account would be in the correct color, but that's a big fat NOPE as well. All (3) came in white. Help me make sense of them not respond to a simple $200 refund request, but ship me (3) monitors in the wrong color that sell for $200 EACH more just because they are "white". But wait, it gets better. I decided to return all (3) monitors being "white" and not "black" and not being a fit for my room and needs. I did as I always do to initiate a return with Amazon and ended up being forced to pay $59.00 for "Return Shipping". This was not $59.00 for all 3 monitors....Noooo, $59.00 EACH. So now I am out $177 for monitors I ordered that arrived in the wrong color due to KTC's error and NOT mine! Do you think I can get a responce after messaging them through Amazon? You guessed it...NOPE! I only opened one box and the other two completely untouched by the way, so they are getting 2 new and 1 opened with not a finger print on it new monitors at the low cost of making$177 on me to ship them back. Aaaaaaand, as of today 12/21/24, which it "7" days after the returned items were handed over to UPS store, I still have not received a dime of $2,546 less the $177 shipping costs to return the items. Bottom line is...Even if the product was amazing, this experience should serve as a stern warning that if you need help, or God forbid a return...consider yourself warned!!! I recommend paying a little more to get a lot more in the end from a MUCH BETTER RUN COMPANY.

Malfunctioning monitor, seller's listed support address is invalid
I bought this monitor because it was a great deal. 300hrz monitor, 1440p for under 300 bucks! It worked great for about a month until one day it just started flickering and randomly the screen would go black. It happened intermittently...no rhyme or reason to it. Usually when first starting up the monitor and then when doing heavy gaming. I reported the issue to the seller and they gave me the standard things to try with a malfunctioning device like this...use different cables, different connections, try a different computer with it, etc...problem persisted with the monitor each time. Seller then requested I send them a video of the issue. The email they provided me to send the video was invalid and the email was rejected. Amazon ended up sending me a replacement monitor for free despite being outside the standard return window which was nice but I am still pretty irritated that they asked for a video and provided me with an invalid email address to send it to.

FALSE/SLEEZY ADVERTISING
Advertises a 32 inch 120hz 1440p monitor for a decent price. Has a dead pixel straight out of the box.. considering the price figured not really a huge deal. But to run 1440p like advertised it limits the monitors Hz to 100. So if you plan on using this monitor for a ps5 or Xbox series x do not buy this monitor. You will only be able to use 1440p at 60hz.

Not worth of $$ no warranty or support.
This monitor is not worth buying. You won’t receive reliable warranty coverage or support from either the seller or the manufacturer. The build quality is poor, and it is not compatible with newer ARM64-based Microsoft laptops. In addition, it does not deliver true 4K resolution—the pixel quality is noticeably low. Over time, performance degrades, and you may find yourself repeatedly unplugging and reconnecting cables just to restore the video signal. I also spent several weeks trying to contact the manufacturer without success. Overall, you’re better off spending your money on a well-known, reputable brand rather than this low-quality option.

Display and Power problems
Absolutely terrible from day one, I bought this monitor and immediately had problems with it not powering on once the PC turned on like my other monitor. The only way for it to display anything was to unplug it first then turn on the PC AND THEN plug in the monitor. Not only that but I noticed that these grey and black bars would flash every once in a while, I kept it for a little longer to see if the issue would persist and not only did it continue but it got even worse after about two weeks of having this monitor. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised due to the price but I absolutely DO NOT recommend it as other reviews have stated, I would suggest just spending a little extra for something that works properly.

Died after 4 months
Worked great for 4 months and then died. There’s no way to get support from the company as the support website gives an error. Don’t waste your money!

Do Not But - False Advertisement
Do Not Buy! This isnt real, the pictures shown all show 1920 x1080p but is advertised as 2560 x 1440p, This is not a 2K monitor and should not be advertised as such.

Very pleased with the purchase
Huge upgrade from a 27" monitor. Colors are very vibrant after some tweaking. Screen is extremely crisp. You can't tell this isn't oled if I hadn't told you

Buen monitor 1440p
Excelente monitor, con la configuración adecuada de colores estoy bastante agusto con esta compra, a pesar de que los 300 hz o 320 hz no sean necesarios, con poder colocar los 240 hz y disfrutar de la calidad de 1440p basta y sobra
