There are creases on this vacuum-packed rug, how to smooth it out?

If there are creases in rug, it will disappear after leaving it flat for 1-2 days or washing it once. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Please try to vacuum it with a low-power vacuum, dust and dirt on the surface can be removed easily. Also machine wash separately on the gentle cycle with mild detergent and let it air dry flat. Hand washing is best if the whole cleaning is required.

Why did I receive a small package that doesn't look like a rug?
