I got this lamp for my husband for his birthday because he is a huge LOTR fan and loves to use lamps in his office at work and he absolutely loves the size, color, and quality of the lamp. It is functional and aesthetic and goes great with the vibe of his office. It’s a great value for money!

This is great for any LOTR fan. My son got this for Christmas and it was super easy to set up and was glowing within minutes. It can be left on for days and does not get hot. The glow is subtle so it can be left on at night but won’t be a bright distraction to a light sleeper who needs a dark room. It’s not a good nightlight but can provide a nice glowing ambiance. I’d say the glow is a comfort to those not a fan of the dark but it’s the one ring so there is no comfort with it! He loves the addition to his dresser and it’s a great trinket for anyone who is a fan of the books or movies. It’s much bigger than I thought, great value for the money.

The first one I got was broken. So I returned it for an exchange of the same item because I really wanted this giant One Ring lamp. Second one was fine, and it's beautiful. Has a good weight at the bottom of the base. It's too bad it doesn't have a brightness setting because it's not very bright. It's nice, just not all that bright. But it works very well in my Lord of the rings collection. I'm very happy with it.

Cute lamp, does need a block to plug in. Our first one came damaged and was replaced right away! It’s cheaper material than I thought but is cute and works great

This is a must buy for any collector of Lord of The Rings. It's an awesome lamp for any age. I purchased one for my son who is 36 and when he opened it for Christmas my daughter-in-law fell in love with it. So I bought her one also. It's sooo beautiful when it's on especially in the night. It's not a small lamp either it's perfect for any room.

I'm currently revisiting the lotr trilogy on the back of the 25th anniversary and have been busy dragging stuff out of storage, although my Sting replica is still on display after 23 years. The quality of this lamp is pretty good with accurate colouring and a nice finish. I was hoping it would give out more light based on the photos in the reviews but camera shots seem to make it look brighter than it actually is. The other issue is the switch location on the underside of the base but it's a minor niggle. I was in two minds on sending it back but after spending an evening with it I quite like it as a decorative item. I may get the Phial of Earendil to boost up the lighting a bit. Despite it's shortcomings I'm giving this 5 stars as it just looks so damn cool.

I bought this as a gift for my mum, who is obsessed with Lord of the Rings, she was absolutely over the moon with it. Looks lovely and is very good quality. I feel they have perhaps missed a trick by not making it rechargeable or removable from the base, because of this it must be plugged in at all times for it to work as a lamp. This shouldn’t take away from what is otherwise a really lovely gift for any LoTR fan!
