Pros: Cute sandal. Great fit and comfortable. Cons: Sandal is made of a thick plastic material. Not durable for long distance walking. Foot slides after oil applied to feet. Overall, great sandal to wear if you are at an event or a location that does not require a lot of walking.

too bad no half sizes

My feet are weird as they fit into narrow closed shoes with no issues but tend to "spread out" in open sandals lol. I'm size 8 in sneakers, shoes, boots, but size 8.5 in sandals. This is my first Ipanema purchase so bought 8 and 9. 8 was small. Ended up keeping the 9, which I measured sole- to -sole against my Cole Haan sandals sz 8.5 and they're the same exact length. Tbh the size 9 sandals are all lopsided and loose even when strapped all the way to the max so not thrilled with the appearance. Won't be buying any more from this brand.
