Centrum energy i suffer with cronic fatigue seen all the fuss on tiktok did not feel any extra energy they are easy to take they could work differently and effective for others and could be value for money if it works for you however i will not be buying them again.

Nice presentation and makes a difference to having to squeeze a tablet down ones gullet ;)The mechanism to push the powder into the liquid is fidgety and you need some strength to ensure it works...I've been taking for a week... not noticed any major difference in fatigue etc...but will continue use and see. Nice flavour and nuanced design I guess on the plus side.
