I have tried 5 different baby monitors since my son was born in August. I've finally found a good one! This monitor is amazing. The picture quality is so clear, including the night mode. I love the 8x zoom feature and the night light on the camera that is easy to turn on and off with just a tap. The battery life is phenomenal (I still plug it in to charge overnight). My only con about this camera is there is a 1-2 second delay with the sound. So sometimes I will hear my son before the monitor picks up his noise.

We bought this open box as a secondary monitor for our room before baby moves to crib. New parents installed fancy smart monitor over crib before realizing she wouldn’t be sleeping in there for months. Sure it doesn’t have the “smart” features of a wi-if monitor but we might like this one better. It’s used at grandmas now mostly due to the large screen and noise settings. The picture is excellent. The pan of the camera works great. We set it on a dresser next to the bassinet and it’s flexible enough it could look down into the bassinet and give us a full view. Love that you can move camera view from the parent station and doing so is SILENT. there is no major distraction/light on the camera to keep baby awake. The screen is huge. When the volume is off on the parent monitor there are still red/green lights to let you know if there is sound being picked up from the camera (the visual aid is helpful for grandma who can’t hear quite as well). The screen is incredibly bright which is good unless you want to check on baby while sleeping in the same room (just me then??). Also love that you can turn off the screen to save battery but keep monitor on for sound only.

After trying out 3 monitors, this is the one. Connects immediately, picture is great, price point isn’t ridiculous, battery life is great, sound is great too. Best monitor with no issues at all.

My motorola VM36 died after two years and I’ve been looking for something with the same features if not better. Let me just say I finally found what I was looking for! Nice looking monitor about the size of an iPhone 13 pro max. Picture is nice and clear. Panning and zoom ability with wide angle lens which is a bonus for when he’s old enough to play in his room alone. Comes with a wall mount which was necessary because I hang the cam right above my baby’s crib. FYI the camera doesn’t pan up so the wall mount helps. The price is pretty decent compared to all these other monitors. The temperature is more accurate than any Motorola monitors; those were about 10 degrees off lol. Not to mention it checks the humidity, maybe for when it’s winter and the heaters on? There’s a night light but I don’t use it. My baby has a ton of lights going on already but cool feature if you do use it. There’s good sounds I personally use the white noise. Good for babies that are sensitive to outside noise. The cons are really minimal and nit picky. I question why the buttons are organized in such way. The auto turn off feature isn’t adjustable. And I wish it had the time. Why is there never the time on these things? That’s about it. I just got this so we’ll see the longevity of it in a couple months. Hopefully I don’t have to return it because I love it so much.

This monitor has a clear picture during the day and at night. Night can be shown in color or black and white. A nightlight can be turned on or off of the monitor. The angle is wide angle which I love but can be zoomed if needed. The sound is FANTASTIC. When I am in the kitchen I can hear myself on the monitor being picked up on the mic from the other room where the camera is located. I can hear everything that happens in my child’s room when this thing is on and I love it! You can set an alert for when the monitor hears noises and you can also set an alert for when the monitor sees movement. You can also adjust the sensitivity to the sound/movement alert. I LOVE this new set. This set also feels significantly sturdier than other brands we have tried. Overall - so far - things couldn’t be better. I’ve got a clear picture - alerts for sound/motion - and crystal clear sound … even with rain noise being played in the background. LOVE this monitor!!!!! Con: when you play music or sound from the camera it is super loud on the monitor. I would not use the music or rain noise features on the camera but this isn’t an issue for us since we have a separate rain noise machine for this purpose. One note to mention… If it comes damaged… Amazon will replace it within 90 days. However, if something should happen after the 90 days you need to have already purchased the protection plan in order for the warrantee to work. You cannot purchase the warranty after receiving the monitor.
