Very hopeful supplement! Dosage update: learned 4 tbsp for nerves, tendons, muscles, etc., but 2 tbsp. for skin, each 2 x day.
Wow, I received today already, much sooner than expected date! Had asked many questions to the seller about this item by email message, received a reply few hours later. That impressed me as did the great packaging. Couldn't afford to keep buying from rep, found this great price! I'm halfway through the recommended time I've read about online for my chronic nerve\blood vessel discomfort from an accident. Very long recovery. I have noticed a few significant improvements already, looking forward to this helping toward specific recovery symptoms now and in future surgery. I have researched the product well and like what that revealed. Greatly prefer the source of this cartillage, along with many natural supernutrients. At this price I can prolong my period of taking it and realizing the benefits. Happy customer!IMPORTANT UPDATE: I just got into using the first bottle of this product, as my previous supply ran out. I can say that this order costs somewhat cheaper than what I thought was the same product, so that's good. But this formula is NOT CONCENTRATED like the same brand I was taking before, this is the original formulation I didn't know existed? NOTICE here that FOUR tablespoons (2 oz.) are required for one dose, and that is to be taken twice a day! So figure you will be taking 4 oz. total each day. Take time to do the math. I had no idea to ask about dosage, thought that would be consistent thru liquid form.I always prefer the bioavailability of liquid, but may have to purchase a different cheaper form in the future. ughhh! I have noticed improvement in skin and tendons, but not yet for the main issue. Still, results are showing up in other very nice ways in just 2+ months of taking.Update 3+ months: hear 3 months is the golden period where you really can assess the benefits. I think this is beginning to improve severe daily burning nerve pain bottom of feet. Other benefits I have experienced are improvement in skin firmness and clarity, in common woman's issue of incontinence, and no more horrible face\neck red hot flushing with glass of wine with dinner (I'm very much past menopause, but sometimes so bad thought I would have to leave restaurant to go outside!). Also, I actually prefer this unconcentrated formula to other, but both are yummy to take. Decided I will continue taking liquid form, research indicates helps with surgery recovery...I will have upcoming foot surgery and knee surgery.
