Anything about Maradona is worth reading. Liked the simplicity of writing. Easy to read. Would have loved to have some pictures as well. Nevertheless a great buy.

My son has the full Classic Football Heroes collection, and this book about Diego Maradona is one of his favorites. From the first page, he was completely engaged, reading about Maradona’s rise from a young boy in Argentina to becoming a football legend known around the world. The book does an amazing job showing both his incredible skill and the challenges he overcame, from his early struggles to his most famous moments on the pitch. It’s not just about goals and victories—it’s about determination, talent, and passion, which makes the story inspiring for young readers. Like the other books in the series, it’s packed with colorful illustrations, stats, and fun facts that keep kids hooked. Since reading it, my son has been talking about Maradona’s career and achievements with excitement, and it’s sparked a love of reading that I’m so happy to see. For any young football fan, this is an engaging and motivating read. It’s educational, fun, and inspiring all at once—a perfect book for children who want to learn about football heroes and what makes them great
