Wow! I am blown away by this toothbrush so far. I am a chronic press-too-hard, go-too-fast brusher, and over time I have made my teeth very sensitive. I wanted a toothbrush that would give me a timer and an indicator that would let me know when I'm pressing too hard, but I have always purchased Radius toothbrushes due to their compostability. I saw this toothbrush and thought it ticked a lot of boxes for me, even if it didn't list that it has a timer or pressure warning. When it arrived, it took a long time to charge (I think it was more than the 15 hours stated), so I was chomping at the bit to try it, especially after reading the manual and discovering that does have a 2 minute timer for each cycle! It will pulse every 30 seconds to let you know to move onto the next quadrant of your mouth, and turns itself off after 2 minutes! The fun part is that the vibration makes me feel like my gums are being tickled (it's a lot like Brahmari or Bee Breath, if you know what that is), so I automatically don't press hard at all. And the clean sensation of my teeth after brushing lasts so much longer than with my manual brush, even after eating pizza. I love it so much! Thank you!

I returned it. The charging set up was labeled inversion. Couldn't find any info on google about that. There was no guide for what that meant, if it was meant to sit on the clear plastic piece for charging or the off-green plastic piece. When i used the link for more info it only talked about a different model. When I inquired by email their answer was late and not applicable. Also, though the bamboo toothbrush was admirable, it didnt feel effective. I returned it.

I am enjoying my electric toothbrush very much. I've been reading that electric is the way to go so here i am. I will say that the brush part needs to be changed out a bit quicker than when I'd need to replace my manual toothbrush. But it could be that I'm an aggressive brusher and still getting the hang of an electric one that doesn't need me to do as much.

I like it but I didn't receive a charging station. I have the usb but there's no way to charge or plug in. It looks like it was supposed to come with my order. I am trying to get in touch with the seller.

Love the toothbrush and quality. The product support is self-serve, which I am hating. My warranty is active but they were out of stock, I was offered mouthwash when I asked for a replacement. Hoping I get the opportunity to resume using this product, as mine stopped taking charge enough to turn on. Good quality but would be best with a battery you can remove, or at least an on button that seems sealed and everything. Wondering if water got in that way???
