This is a perfect dog or cat ordering bowl. My dog actually loves this thing I can fill up to 5 gallons of water and it runs constantly all day. Just change out the filter every 30 to 45 days and it’s perfect.

I am so happy that I did my research on fountains for my two dogs!! They absolutely LOVE this water fountain. I was really worried how they would deal with the sound of the water fountain. My oldest she LOVEs the water fountain and took to it almost immediately. My youngest puppy took a couple of hours to get used to the sound and the water loving but he warmed up to it! I will say that the specs say that it holds a gallon of water but it definitely holds more. Also, because my dogs are now drinking more water we have to refill it every two days which is perfectly fine for us!!

Not quite splash resistant for very messy dogs lol But I love this anyway! I just got it today but it was a super easy setup, my dog knows how to drink from it with no issues, and it’s huge so I don’t have to fill up 4-5 times a day! I do wish it were a tad taller and less wide but still probably One of the best water bowls I’ve had in my life for a pet

I want to hold off on my review for this particular Item because I really wanted to use it with my three German shepherds before giving an actual view as to its quality and performance. This is an excellent purchase worth every dime you pay for it. I have like I said three German shepherds they all use it. We clean it as directed change the filters every two weeks I clean it out maybe every three days because I do have three dogs using it and it works perfectly. If you’re using this for only one dog, you won’t probably have to clean it as frequently as we do but because we have three we clean it very frequently. We also purchased the filters from Amazon that go with this particular unit and the filters work wonderfully. It has been a couple of months since we purchased this item and I do notice a little bit of the mineral deposits from the water on the top of the plastic portion the teal part, but with some vinegar just like you clean a coffee pot without using anything too abrasive you’re able to wipe it generally off to clean the mineral deposit off the plastic. We filter most of our dogs water so I believe that’s what’s helping the motor not to clogged. However, I do run warm vinegar water through the motor when I clean the bowl, which I believe helps it to perform as it has. I will be purchasing a backup motor just in case because we are using it a lot. But if you are interested in this product, there’s no reason for you not to get it. Go ahead and buy it. Why are you still waiting.

I could not believe how good this product was. The filter traps everything, even though the tank water looks dirty. The water from the top, where the dogs drink, is clear, clean, and odor-free. My 16-year-old Cocker Spaniel Buddy has always had bad breath. This product has been a miracle worker, significantly reducing his bad breath to the point where it is hardly noticeable. Before, it was like a latrine—an awful smell. I'm telling you, this product is worth every penny. Moreover, it is not just the bad breath; the water quality is top-notch, and even during a power outage, the water still flows—not as much, but enough for Buddy and Bella to drink. The only drawback is that once Buddy eats he has lots of food particles left in his mouth and they come out and clog the center hole, where the water durians to the fitter. I travel for work so this is a concern for me. I added a screen to see if that would help, i had mix results. I'm thinking of buying another one with a bigger return hole where the food particles will pass.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The fountain is great....but not for drooly dogs. With the filter in place the water backs up and gets gross.
