I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery was quick through FED-EX. The bike was packed well with much care and padding to protect it. The bike was about 90% assembled. The video on You-Tube helped a lot plus the owner's manual is very informative. I bought the 26-inch EB7 Pro. The bracket for the fender was for the 24-inch model so I couldn't put the front fender on. I emailed customer support, and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the correct bracket to me, and I received it within a week. Customer support is excellent, and they have their own website to order parts and accessories. The bike is solid and has excellent acceleration. The battery is of good quality, and I am comfortable with it. I highly recommend this bike and this company. Thank you e-bycco!

Beware. This is ebike is very fast. >40 mph. Bought a better helmet because of that. Put it on lower setting when going on trails. Assembly was pretty straightforward.

Great E-Bike! Well constructed, comfortable and looks good. Only complaint would be the instructions to put it together are not so clear in some parts. Other than that, it really is an excellent bike. Would recommend it!

Alright, this bike went through Christmas heck getting here. For a bit it looked lost. But after it finally arrived, I put it together, and the bike was pretty much perfectly tuned right out of the box. I road tested about 6 other bikes local to where I live in FL. None of them geared as smooth, accelerated or coasted as well or went as fast. I’m looking forward to giving it a longer road test but so far, it is pretty good. +4 stars for dual motors, latest tech/interface, cargo rack, kickstand (some bikes you even have to buy the kickstand separate), hydraulic brakes, affordable price point, full suspension with lockable forks, headlight, brake light, phone rack/charger and everything nicely tied into the onboard battery. There are even bolts properly placed for a drink bottle cradle. -1 stars for inability to contact company directly, a stripped bolt bore in the front fork for the hub guard and uncentered hardware placement on the fenders. At this price point, with the complete accessory package included, it’s a great bike.

Unfortunately I never rode the bike because of defective items.

Nice thought sending the tools to assemble with but some of the smaller bolts put on with the Allen wrenches that hold the fenders on were to tight and I had to get my own tools.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BIKE. IT WAS DELIVERED REALLY FAST. PRETTY MUCH ALREADY ASSEMBLED. JUST A COUPLE WIRE AND FRONT TO TO PUT TOGETHER AND BOOM YOU ARR DONE. SO LETS GET INTO THE BIKES GOODYS. THE BIKE IS PHENOMENAL. IT TAKES OFF VERY FAST AND ITS SUPER DURABLE. VERY BIG AND SPACIOUS BIKE. I DEFINITELY GET ALL THE COMPLIMENTS. BIKE IS VERY FAST AND DOES GREAT ON BEING HONEST TO MILEAGE RANGE. BATTERY STAYS CHARGED FOR LONG TIME. DEFINITELY IF YOUR IN OEDAL ASSIST. GREAT STRONG BIKE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY AND EVERYONE WHO LOVES TO RIDE. I WILL BE BUYING MORE SOON.
